Large three-room apartment (80 m²) recently renovated, with modern and functional furnishings. It is located on the third and top floor, very bright and sunny, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper and shower mats).
WELCOME GIFT = free and unlimited Wifi internet connection, available 24 hours a day. Signal reception is excellent throughout the apartment and on the balcony.
The dining room has an extendable table and seating for 6. The kitchen is full optional: 4-burner hob, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, Italian mocha and American coffee machine, a large selection of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, cups, glasses , tablecloths, tea towels and various accessories. Everything you need to cook, just like at home! The living area is equipped with a 32 ”LED TV with satellite channels and DVD. There are a large sofa and an armchair which can be transformed into a comfortable single bed.
2 closets with washing machine and drying rack, iron and ironing board, shoe rack and hanging clothes on the wall. Equipped with a large sunny balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. Large roller blind.
It can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. A child under 5 can sleep in the double bed with adults. A child or adult can sleep on the sofa bed which is located in the living room and opens to become a comfortable single bed. An infant under 3 years of age can sleep in the crib provided (with mattress and sheets). A high chair to be fixed to the table is also available. The kitchen-living room and both bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioners. On request it is possible to use the air conditioning which will be charged on the basis of the consumption of KWh found at the end of the stay.
The apartment is also equipped with independent heating. On request, a parking space in an independent single garage. It is located in via Marconi about 300 meters walk from the apartment.
Free use of the promiscuous / condominium room for bicycle shelter.
Not suitable for wheelchair users, due to inadequate lift measurements. However, if the wheelchair is folded down, it can be carried in the lift. It is recommended not to smoke on the premises. Smoking allowed on the balcony, paying particular attention to the correct disposal of cigarette butts.
Unfortunately, for hygienic and allergic reasons, we cannot accept animals. The apartment is located in a pleasant setting with lots of greenery, on the third and top floor of a renovated building, served by a lift, in a quiet position, a few steps from the historic center of Bardolino and 150 meters away from the swimming beach and the lake promenade . Convenient to all services and ideal starting point to visit the city of Verona, the region and the famous theme and amusement parks nearby: Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva, Cavour, Natura Viva Zoo Safari Park, Monte Baldo Cable Car, Cascate Park , Sigurtà, Vittoriale.
Cost of accommodation including electricity, water, gas and condominium fees:
from € 70.00 to € 160.00 per night for up to 5 people and an infant under 3 years.
There are no refunds for late arrivals and / or early departures.

Bardolino is located at the foot of the moraine hills covered with vineyards and olive groves and is not only known for the production of the famous Bardolino red wine or Rosé Chiaretto, but also for the beauties of the old town, with its narrow streets, many shops, typical restaurants and long walks on the shore of the lake.
During the year there are many events that attract many guests: the carnival of Bacchus and Ariadne, the Aperitif under the Stars at the beginning of August, the Garda Festival with a wide range of summer games and the famous Festival of Grapes and Wine in October.
