Sarzeau - 5 bedroom house near the beach

The house was built in 2015.

The house has a large living / dining room and a large open kitchen. The living room overlooks the garden through two large picture windows. The garden is closed. Facing west, the house is very sunny.

There are 5 bedrooms. Two master bedrooms (including one on the ground floor) with shower room. One bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with one single bed. We also provide a folding baby bed.

The equipment of the house is quite complete: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, television, music, internet connection, etc ... There are also books, comics, board games.

The house enjoys a very beautiful view of the sea. The beach is a 5 minute walk by walking quietly with children. Roaliguen / Trévenaste beach is family friendly. At low tide children can play or fish in the rocks. At high tide, swimming will be without risk because the beach is well sheltered.

Hébergement globalement négligé

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, dommage que l'accueil se soit fait le lendemain de notre arrivée. La maison est située dans une résidence très calme et assez proche du bord de mer. Nous avons signalé un ménage mal fait par l'occupant précédent (boules de poils au sol et autres désagréments …) néanmoins le ménage en fin de séjour a été facturé…. Le point noir de ce logement, ce sont les lits, ils sont de mauvaises qualités surtout celui qui est dans la chambre à l’étage avec la SDB. Bref, cette maison a besoin d’une remise à niveau. Cette maison a du potentiel ! Quel dommage ...

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. La piece a vivre est tres agréable avec vue calme sur le jardin. 5 chambres dont 4 à l'étage. maison dans un lotissement très calme, d'où on aperçois la mer qui est à 5-10 minutes a pied. bon emplacement pour d'un coté faire excursion dans le golfe, de l'autre aller a Vannes (30 minutes). circulation un peu alambiquée dans le voisinage car les lotissements sont indépendants les uns des autres, mais on s'en sort! Sarzeau à 5-7 minutes de voiture. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. La maison est moderne (pompe a chaleur, volets roulants électriques), il n'y a eu aucun souci. Bon rapport qualite-prix, a cette saison en tout cas (octobre 2024)

Tout s'est déroulé comme ptevu sans problème. La maison est cofortable et la mer n'est pas loin. Le propriétaire accepte les animaux, ce qui est un plus. L'environnement de la maison est résidentiel. Éventuellement, nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine .la maison est lumineuse et l'espace de vie très spacieux.
