Sarzeau - 5 bedroom house near the beach

The house was built in 2015.

The house has a large living / dining room and a large open kitchen. The living room overlooks the garden through two large picture windows. The garden is closed. Facing west, the house is very sunny.

There are 5 bedrooms. Two master bedrooms (including one on the ground floor) with shower room. One bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with one single bed. We also provide a folding baby bed.

The equipment of the house is quite complete: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, television, music, internet connection, etc ... There are also books, comics, board games.

The house enjoys a very beautiful view of the sea. The beach is a 5 minute walk by walking quietly with children. Roaliguen / Trévenaste beach is family friendly. At low tide children can play or fish in the rocks. At high tide, swimming will be without risk because the beach is well sheltered.

Très bon sejour

Logement conforme au descriptif. Accueil très sympathique du proprio. La plage a 10 min à pied tranquillou. Touta va béné :-)

Super maison près de la plage

Maison tres pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour petits et grands, proche de la plage. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien agencée.

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour entre amis. Maison très pratique, bien equipée, jardin très bien exposé, à moins de 10min à pied de la plage ainsi que café/bar/snack. On recommande.
