Prachtig panoramisch appartement

Het is een prachtig appartement met panoramisch uitzicht vanop het balkon. Op de 2de verdieping zit je het rustigst, heb je het mooiste uitzicht, en heb je toch amper last van de warmte want er is goede airco binnen. Verder enkel pluspunten: goed ingerichte keuken, aangenaam zwembad, goede wifi. En natuurlijk de zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die altijd klaarstaan om ergens mee te helpen. Un grand merci à Carmine et Françoise pour l'acceuil et le séjour!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons loué l’appartement du dernier étage, très belle vue. Le logement est climatisé et bien équipé. L’espace piscine est très agréable. Françoise et Carmine nous ont très bien accueillis. L’emplacement est idéal pour les visites de Rome, Naples, Pompéi, les Abbruzes. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage!

Es war ein rundherum toller Urlaub den wir hier in der obersten Etage des Hauses in einer absolut tadellosen Unterkunft hatten! Dank genauester Informationen zum Objekt einschließlich der GPS-Koordinaten verlief die Anreise mit unserem Auto, welches hier zwingend gebraucht wird, völlig problemlos. Vor Ort ist alles vorhanden was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Nach unseren Tagesausflügen wie z. B. zum Meer, nach Rom, Pompeji oder Herculaneum konnten wir uns Abends auf der schönen Terrasse mit dem grandiosen Weitblick auf Berge und Lichter der umgebenen Orte bei einer Flasche Wein wunderbar entspannen. Vorher eine Erfrischung im Pool, der nur einen sehr geringen Salzgehalt aufweist und am Hang des gepflegten Gartens und inmitten des Olivenhaines liegt, herrlich! Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an die Vermieter Francoise und Carmine, die im Sommer in einem separaten Haus vor Ort wohnen und uns sehr herzlich begrüßten und für alle Fragen offen und hilfsbereit waren! Auch mit unseren mangelhaften Sprachkenntnissen in italienisch und französisch war eine Verständigung möglich. Wer einen individuellen Italienurlaub abseits der Touristenmassen genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Heerlijk appartement op prachtige lokatie

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement . Het huis bestaat uit 3 appartementen , waarvan het bovenste een geweldig uitzicht heeft en de meeste privacy. Alles is aanwezig tot een wasmachine en een nespressoapparaat aan toe. Het ligt voor de bezienswaardigheden zoals Pompeii en de Vesuvius, Rome, de Abruzzen, de kust met mooie plaatsjes als Gaeta en Sperlonga en Monte Cassino mooi centraal. Een auto is wel een must. Bakkertje onderaan langs de hoofdweg. Gastheer Carmine en vrouw Francoise doen alles om het je naar je zin te maken en zijn meestal aanwezig in een apart gelegen woning. Kortom een aanrader !!

Magnifique semaine

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement qui était très propre. La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle: on ne s'en lasse pas à chaque moment de la journée. La piscine est vraiment géniale et nous en avons tous beaucoup profité. La situation à mi chemin entre Rome et Naples nous a permis de faire de nombreuses visites. Le jardin est vraiment très bien entretenu et il est propice à la détente et au calme. Pour finir, l'atout majeur de cet appartement est indéniablement ses propriétaires qui sont adorables. Nous avons reçu un accueil exceptionnel et pleins de petites attentions pendant notre sejour. Merci beaucoup Françoise et Carmine d'avoir fait de nos vacances un magnifique souvenir. On s'est vraiment senti comme en famille....( un gros bisou à Roméo également 😉) Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Lugn och avkopplande

Vi (2 vuxna och 3 barn mellan 9-14 år) tillbringade en vecka här. Vi bodde i lägenheten på översta våningen och den var ren och det fanns gott om plats för hela familjen. Det var perfekt med poolen då havet ligger en bit ifrån och det är skönt att kunna svalka sig i värmen. Paret som är hyresvärdar var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Very friendly owner of apartment in stunning location.

The owners went out of their way to provide a warm welcome and to make sure we had everything we needed. The views are amazing and the apartment provided everything we needed. The pool complex provided the perfect opportunity to relax and to cool down.

Beautiful villa with beautiful gardens.

Beautiful house in Colefelice. The gardens and the ground are very well maintained. The apartment was on the second floor with a beautiful all around balcony over looking the valley and the hills. The apartment was very clean. The owner left a list with very important and useful information. I will recommended that villa to friends and family and will rent again next time. The little welcome gift was a really nice gesture. The villa is close to groceries stores, bakeries, cafe and restaurants. The owner are in the process of building a pool.. It will be an amazing place to stay. Thank you Mr. and Mrs Fraioli for your beatiful villa.
