This 1 bedroom unit is situated in the perfect location offering you the perfect getaway! The living room offers a Large Flat Screen Smart Tv to enjoy your favorite shows on. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for making quick meals when not enjoying the local cuisine. The bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as a tv. The unit also has a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Additional sleeping arrangements can be made as the couch turns into a sleeper sofa.
Washer and Dryer are also included.

There is a one-time $150.00 fee to use the boat slip. The boat slip can accommodate boats up to 24'.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.

Peaceful Neighborhood

The property was clean, quiet and easy to get too. There were items provided for beach outings including beach towels. The shower leaked in-between the shower glass and the toilet so I had to keep a towel in that area to sop up the water. The coffee pot was also a disaster. No matter how carefully I put the filter in, it would wind up getting pushed down by the water brewing and make a giant mess. By day three of attempting tonise it i gave up. But other than that it was a nice rental.
