Location is excellent , room needs a few things to make it comfor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location on LBK. Beach and water are beautiful! Pool area at resort is clean and basic and just steps from the beach. We were in one of the smaller motel like rooms. There are 3 main issues with this rooms 1.there is no sink to go with the kitchenette! You have to use the bathroom sink, which seemed quite unsanitary, we were glad we only booked 3 days due to this! 2. It is Very dark! Even if you open a window, no light ( the view is of hedgerows) 3. There is one chair in the room. The bed could be moved over several inches and a small table and chair could be added, which would have been very convenient. Overall I would stay at the resort again, but NOT in the motel type room. Front desk staff was very friendly and the resort was clean overall.
