Island Winds, penthouse PH24, is a beach lover's dream with stunning Gulf Front views! PH24 is a tastefully remodeled two bedroom / two bath vacation condo rental with breathtaking bird's-eye views! Enjoy the fantastic sunsets from screened lanais off the living room and both bedrooms - you're always in sight of the gulf or bay or both!

This tranquil and private NW corner vacation rental has been completely updated with keyless entry, beautiful cabinetry, quality appliances, ...contemporary fixtures & lighting, and large tile flooring throughout.

Condo amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, full sized washer/dryer, dining room and two bathrooms. You can sleep up to six people with a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen and a set of bunk beds in the guest bedroom - perfect for families. The primary bath has dual sinks and a standard walk-in shower. The guest bath is down the hall with a tub/shower combo. All linens are provided, including the beach towels! Condo rates are based on 4 but this condo will sleep up to 6 with additional fees per person, per week.

Family Vacation

It was easy to book and Michelle responded quickly. It was right on the beach and very spacious. The staff was very friendly. We had a nice relaxing time. It was quiet and the beach was not crowded.

Gorgeous condo!

The pictures of the condo do not do it justice, it is beautiful! The pool at the facility is a different story. It's very small for the 2 buildings and has extremely limited seating around the pool. During our stay, people would put their towels in chairs to save them early in the morning and not be there until later in the day. We weren't able to sit by the pool the entire week.

Great stay

We loved the property! It was very spacy and super clean. Everything you need you have there. All appliances are new and in working order, bathrooms are clean, plenty of dishes, bowls, pots, pans, etc. The view from the rooms and balconies was gorgeous! The only thing that we didn’t like was the constant noise at the pool area. It was like a constant loud vacuum cleaner that was never turned off. Other than that - perfect place for a vacation. The beach was sandy but will lots of shells so shoes are very recommended. The ocean was super warm and we saw so much wild life! Birds, frogs, sting rays, dolphins, even sharks. The ocean is alive. We definitely didn’t let kids swim by themselves in the ocean after we saw the shark, but it seemed to be pretty far away and people just watched it standing in the ocean. The highlight was the family of dolphins one morning that were playing and jumping not too far from where we were in the ocean. That was a super cool experience. Will definitely be back!

Amazing!!

The pictures don’t do the property justice!! It was all I was hoping for and more!! The staff was prompt and very nice!! The property is beautiful!! We will definitely be returning!!!
