STR-143420 Renovated and attractively furnished home in the heart of the Historic District, just a a few steps from USNA Gate One and City Dock.Two bedrooms hold a queen and a pair of twins; there are 2.5 baths, and a sofa which can be slept on in the family room off the kitchen. There are also 2 twin deluxe self-inflating air mattresses available. Bright and sunny, with a small patio, front porch, and a very welcoming aura. Please note there is no parking at this property. Guests will need to park in one of the city garages.

Weekend in Annapolis

We came to Annapolis for a long weekend to visit our son at the Naval Academy. The location was fantastic for walking to the Yard and around town. We didn't need a car so parking was not an issue. Our only wish would be for a few interior updates, the kitchen, the furniture and the TVs were very old.

Annapolis Boat Show 2023

Comfort and Joy

This is a wonderful property for comfort and convenience to the Annapolis downtown/docks/Naval Academy. The home was well equiped in the kitchen and baths, and was meticulously clean. Everything is within a 3-5 minute walk. Really perfect for a Boat Show visit. The beds could have been a little more comfortable but that is just my opinion. Others may find them fine. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay in Annapolis for my USNA Reunion!

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for my 35th USNA reunion and absolutely loved the location, amenities and overall experience at 171 Prince George St. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location and house for our USNA visit!

Fantastic property all around. The location was a quick walk from the restaurants of downtown Annapolis as well as the Naval Academy. The layout of the house gave space for everyone to be together as a family as well as spread out as needed. Communication was easy, and responses were always incredibly prompt. We are hopeful that this property’s availability will match up with our future visits!
