About Owner/Manager, Marie Dall'Acqua
I love doing house renovations, and have done several in the Historic Annapolis area! Rather than sell them, I like to renovate then rent them for short term rentals. You get to enjoy the benefits of a gorgeous new home in the heart of one of the most beautiful historic districts you will find!
Owner/Manager, Marie Dall'Acqua purchased this House in 2007
Why Owner/Manager, Marie Dall'Acqua chose Historic District
I bought the property because it was a disaster! On the existing footprint, I was able to build a full new house on the interior while maintaining the historic character of the exterior.
What makes this House unique
You just can't beat the location of this house. It is so close to all that Annapolis has to offer, but on a quite one-way side street with easy parking!

The property was in close proximity to shops, restaurants and the Naval Academy for our incoming Plebe. Excellent stay and would recommend without hesitation.
Cute townhouse within walking distance to everything
Very nicely appointed and comfortable two-story on Charles Street, a wonderful historic district. It was extremely convenient for walking downtown or to the Naval Academy. Pleasant backyard with lawn furniture, huge trees and flowers. Kitchen is very modern and well-stocked with appliances.
Great house in the perfect location!
House located on a quiet street in a central location. 5 minute or less walk to everything. We had a great father-daughter weekend and walked to the Naval Academy, historic Annapolis, the state house, great restaurants and then biked around Quiet Waters Park and Kent Island. A great weekend in the perfect, well-equipped home. We hope to be back!
Clean, nice, and ready to go!
Very nice property in a very convenient location. Definitely recommend.
Super stay in this neat as a pin updated home in the historic district of Annapolis. Will return!
Thoughtful owner, beautiful, quiet neighborhood, near everything!
We loved our stay at Marie's beautiful Annapolis home. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to anywhere in town with ease. I would definitely rent here again!
This home is located in the Historic District of Annapolis, one block off Duke of Gloucester on a charming, quiet one way street. So you are in the heart of downtown without the noise and activity. Two blocks to Church Circle or Main Street; five blocks to the Visitor Entrance of the Naval Academy.
Other Activities: shopping, kayaking, health/beauty spa
