3 étoiles pour l accès à la plage sinon ce serait 1 etoile

Cette maison est dans la pinède entre la route qui dessert Cavalaire et St Tropez donc une circulation dense et très bruyante à tte heure malgre le confinement... Accès à la mer à 20 m ca c est le plus, et peu de passage sur le chemin qui longe la propriété. La maison sans clim alors qu elle est louée avec clim....pour ce qui est des appareils de cuisine ou menagers très correct, il faudrait faire une liste des appareils bbq, cafetiete, theire ect.. La maison est désuète, meublée à l essentiel, pas très propre, douche extérieure bouchée, pour ce qui est des extérieurs la maison est sous les pins donc tt à l ombre, sur un terrain de 6000 m² clos pas ou peu entretenu. Presque laissée à l abandon. Dommage vu le potentiel. Le salon de jardin en rotin est pourri, et les bains de jardin sont au nombre de 3, pour une location pour 6 ou 7 va y avoir des jaloux. Sinon bon accueil de l agence de cavalaire avec une bouteille de rose bien frais. Nous reviendrons cavalaire mais pas dans cette location.
