AMAZING Lakefront home w/Private Pool, HotTub, Dock & Views!

Enjoy spending time with family and friends in the wonderful open floor plan with over 5000 sq feet of living space. Our home was designed for lake living at its best!
Rooms are spacious and offer plenty of natural light with walls of windows. The main level consists of a large great room, dining area, kitchen, study, master bedroom and bath, sun room, and game room. Plenty of room for several cooks in the fully appointed kitchen with new appliances and walk in pantry.

Enjoy your meals overlooking the lake at the large dining table that seats 10, 4 more at the bar and additional seating for 6 in the sun room. The great room and study are perfect spaces for conversation, playing games, or watching TV. The beautiful sun room, surrounded in windows, provides another fantastic option for gathering with separate living area, dining, and TV. Laundry and the game room are also on this level.
The main floor opens up to the beautiful pool deck sitting right over the water with breathtaking panoramic views. The large concrete patio includes a pool, hot tub, gazebo for outdoor dining and large gas grill. There is also a small fenced yard right off the patio. The boat dock is just steps from the lower driveway perfect for spending time fishing, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking.

The home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10. Every bedroom is lakefront with extensive views. The 3 upstairs king bedrooms open to the balcony. Two of these bedrooms share an adjoined full bath and the third is a large master suite. The 4th bedroom upstairs is a fun bunk room with 4 twin and 2 queen beds. It has a large TV, gaming system, DVD player, connected bathroom and private staircase to the lower level. The spacious main level master enjoys privacy, a large bathroom with easy access to the pool deck and gazebo.

Great location right on the water.

The location was awesome and directly on the water. We loved having the pool there to swim in vs the lake. We were there on a major holiday weekend and the waves were more than we anticipated from all the boat traffic. Amber and her property manager Dan were easy to work with. We would come back again.

Annual Golf Trip

We chose this location for our annual guys golf trip and it worked out perfectly. We will be booking here again next year! We loved the fact that the main level was wide open and the patio area had a great flow. Our goal is to spend time together and this layout couldn’t have been better!! New Black & Gold HQ, go FHSU Tigers!! Host was amazing, super responsive and accommodating!

Reunion

This was an amazing property in a wonderful location. We had 9 adults for a sibling reunion and everyone had their own space. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and between the boat and the pool and hot tub our days were full. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We only ate out 1night. I would highly recommend this property.

The location was convenient for our needs. Close to Bagnel Dam and HH (Horseshoe Bend) Restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping and entertainment. Around 5-8 minutes away from property. Easy to access from land or boat. The view is the main channel. Extraordinarily beautiful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, and the house was immaculate inside and out. Game room was an added bonus. We had more than enough room in kitchen and living room. Family of 8 watched a movie and all fit on the large couch. Also, we had some meals at the large kitchen table. Used the pool and hot tub day and night. We rented a yacht and met our captain & boat 5 minutes from the property. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t at this house. Highly recommend. Excellent communication with the hostess.

The perfect location for a vacay on the lake

The house was in a wonderful location. We loved the deck and all the window looking out on the lake. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was very convenient. We do a 3-generation family vacation every year and everyone agreed this was one of the best!

Amazing View

We stay in this beautiful house overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. The house was very spacious, Nice pool and large hot tub The family enjoyed. Lots and lots of storage and house was well stocked. Especially like the location it is close to some main restaurants. couple of our favorites We met the owners on the dock and they were very nice and easy to work with. We rented a boat from adventure boat rental, great people to rent from. We definitely stay here again. I give it a 10 out of 10.👍

Really awesome property!

The house is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Pool and hot tub are very nice. The property manager is very accessible and so accommodating. That’s what makes this property top notch. Amber is very kind and wants to be fair and make sure you have the best stay possible. ❤️ One thing: the study isn’t exactly a study. It’s just a side room off the main living room, not a good option for sleeping, maybe should mention it doesn’t have doors. We had planned on people sleeping in there but had to put kids in the master closet. 🥴

This house was WONDERFUL. There were 14 adults and two toddlers and everyone was able to have a bed to themselves (which were so comfortable, and those sheets <3 ) The pool, hot tub, and patio with the spectacular view of the late were fantastic! The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was plenty of parking. I was a little afraid the noise from the lake would be a bit too much, as it's on a main thoroughfare, but it wasn't at all and the trade-off was being close to grocery stores, etc.

We went for a golf trip and had a group of 16 of us. The house was very accommodating for our size and the outdoor patio was convenient and had a great view. The house is also located in a good area as well. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend the place to anyone.
