Our 2nd Home Unit is positioned on the Front, South Corner of the Tower South. From Both Bedrooms and Living room there is nothing between You and Your View of the Ocean all the way down the Beach. See and Listen to the Relaxing Sound of the Sea Gulls and Ocean from anywhere in this Home feeling Condo.

This is a Very Unique and Highly Prized Location within this Famous and Family Friendly Resort. Our Home is located on the 10th Floor of the 15th floor Tower South Building. There are 3 elevators in the building to get you to Our Home quickly. Purchased & Remodeled in February 2020. For your use we have supplied a generously equipped modern kitchen with all the conveniences you would expect in a home of this quality. The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, 52" Smart TV, private entrance to the main balcony and a Terrific View of the Beach, Ocean, and Pool. The attached master bedroom has a private bath. The second bedroom features 2 Single Beds with its own entrance to the Balcony and a Fantastic View of the Ocean. The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom with a Beautifully Tiled Shower with Power spray plus Mist and Massage Shower Head. Our 2nd Bedroom also features a 40" Smart TV. *Rates include linens.*

The living room includes a 58" Smart TV, sleeper sofa with ample seating and of course that Amazing Ocean View as far as you can see. See this Magnificent Ocean View from the large balcony. This balcony is furnished with High Top Table and High Top Chairs. Perfect for outside dining and entertaining with Family and Friends. It also includes 2 Rocking Chairs to suntan, read and relax if you do not feel like going to one of the several pools. Feel free to use our locker full of beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc…

We do have Free SECURED Wireless Internet Available.
Also plenty of Free Parking (Upper & Lower Level)
This is a Non-Smoking, No E-Cigarettes & No Vaping Devices of Any Kind Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).
We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.
We also offer Wi-Fi and Cable (both bedrooms & living room have Smart TV's & local phone calls all at no extra charge.

Also Walmart, Kroger's, Public's, Bass Pro Shop, Myrtle Beach Mall, Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet Mall, Alligator Adventure, Restaurant Row and more are all less than 10 minutes away.

If you want to venture past walking distance from the resort you can experience all the amusement parks, golf courses, restaurants and attractions that Myrtle Beach is known for.

During our busy season our weekly rentals,check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm
until the following Saturday and check out will be at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring,Summer and Fall months.

Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 4 night minimum.
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.

Perfect!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. We spent a great deal of our time enjoying the view from the balcony. The hosts made sure everything was ready and even checked in throughout the week. So much care and detail has been put into this home to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is a gated community and is conveniently located to make a short trip for dinner, a night out, or for shopping. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Myrtle Beach Memories

Loved our stay at John & Terri's second home. Amazing communication with them! The unit was clean, bright and exactly as advertised. You cannot beat the view from here. The beach here is absolutely beautiful! The pools were great! We loved our stay here and we cannot wait to go again next summer! Spring Break 2023

All the essentials and extras of a home were provided to last us the week from beach equipment to laundry soap to dishwasher pods, etc. The hosts are very thoughtful in their frequent communication ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. The view from the balcony was unbeatable and the location in North MB perfectly positioned away from the crowds. There were 2 items that we wished had been pieces of information ahead of renting. The first would be that there was a charge for pickleball: $5pp and reservation required. The second was that while outside the owners control, the unheated pools might possibly be closed for the duration of our stay. We had pretty bummed kids to learn that after our arrival. All in all this vrbo was one of our favs.

We enjoy the beautiful landscape grounds, the multitude of entertainment and restaurants close by. Very spacious and clean beach, perfect for long walks. Terrific place to bring a family and create memories. Immaculate kept facilities. We are very comfortable in the safe surroundings, security guards and gate community.

Our condo has an absolutely 'killer view' of the ocean and marsh. Ocean view from all the rooms in the condo. Our extra large balcony you can hear, see and feel the beautiful ocean breeze. Relax and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from both bedrooms, living room, kitchen or balcony. There are lots of recreational activities on the grounds like swimming, tennis, putting greens, volleyball,playground and many walking paths.
