Beautiful home behind the gate in the Bishops Court division of Champion's Retreat in Riverwood! Downstairs has a formal dining room that seats 8, a butler's pantry leading into a luxury kitchen with all-granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast nook. Living room features a gas fireplace and two French doors bringing in lots of natural light. Completing the downstairs is the master's suite with a large tub and separate shower with double vanity. Upstairs are three large bedrooms, all carpeted, featuring double beds and 32" smart TVs. Two share a large jack-and-jill bathroom and the third has a private bathroom. Unlike many other rental properties, our bedrooms have high-quality, comfortable mattresses! Located walking distance from Champions Retreat golf course, designed by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player!
