– an air-conditioned mezzanine with a double bed 140x190cm

The rooms and common areas are air-conditioned to ensure you all the necessary comfort in all seasons.

Around the house, a beautiful veranda shelters a summer living room as well as a large dining table. The place is ideal to enjoy a moment of sharing with family or friends, in a relaxing and calm setting.

In all seasons, you will also have an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas hob, a sink, a barbecue and access to a second covered terrace with a beautiful dining table.

The 1000m² garden is not overlooked. The villa is fenced and closed by a gate.

Possibility to park 3 cars inside.

The salt pool secured by an alarm is the sole responsibility of the parents. A weekly maintenance by an external company has been planned.

This villa is in the immediate vicinity (100 meters, or 1 min on foot) of the beautiful beach of La Saline-les-Bains. Located in the residential area of ??Domaine de l'Ermitage, with all shops within walking distance (Leader Price, bakery, shopping, restaurants, etc.) or 3 minutes by car (other local shops, post office, gas station, etc.).

This beautiful rental is the perfect place to relax and is also ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island... the three circuses (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all sports activities (snorkeling , transparent kayak, boat rental, big game fishing, whale and dolphin watching, horseback riding, canyoning, paragliding, helicopter flight, etc.)

Before your arrival, M’JOY CONCIERGERIE will authorize the bank imprint of your credit card up to 2000 euros.
