In the Roquefeuil area, the villa is 3 minutes away by car from Ermitage lagoon, 4 minutes from the Black Rocks, and 10 minutes away from Boucan Canot (secure beaches, anti-sharks). Quick access to all of Reunion Island by Tamarins Road, which is situated less than 5 minutes away (3 cirques, volcano...). The area is very peaceful, residential, and close to all shops and services; you will enjoy a haven of peace. It is the ideal place to stay with family or friends. The 4 bedrooms have 140-cm beds (4 additional sleeping arrangements are possible in the 2 mezzanines). The L-shaped living room is spacious. It opens to a full-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, hob gas cooker, microwave, and other household appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine. You can take a lunch break on the bar in the kitchen but you would certainly prefer to have dinner on the terrace table, which is delightful to savour local specialities after an aperitif in the swimming pool. The living room consists in two comfortable sofas, a flat screen television connected to Orange satellite, as well as fibre-optic Wi-Fi access. Two bathrooms are available: the master bathroom with a walk in shower and a double sink, and another bathroom with bathtub and double sink. The 2 toilets are separate. The 50-m² teak terrace opens to the living room and swimming pool. It has a dining area. A convivial exterior living room opens to the swimming pool. You will be able to enjoy good times in the fully gated pool before lounging on the sun loungers or the deck chairs. You will like the concept of spaces outside/inside, sunny or shaded. Books and board games are available for you to use, and for the youngest, a portable crib, high chair and booster seat are available. A housekeeper will come every week without any extra fee. All linen (sheets and towels) are provided. You can park your cars inside or outside of the villa.
