RELAX IN THE BEACHSIDE POOL, lounge on the sundeck, and enjoy a pleasant day on the beach. Each condo is comfortably furnished and ready for family fun. Each has a full kitchen, giving your family the option of casual in-house meals or dining out at some of the fantastic area restaurants.

FREE WIFI is provided in most Xanadu II condos so you can stay conveniently connected. Parking for motorcycles, trailered vehicles, and high-rise vans is permitted ONLY in the auxiliary parking area across the street from the condominium resort. Enjoy a seaside winter at Xanadu this year with very attractive off-season monthly rates for extended stays November-March. You'll be amazed at all
the things to do during our "secret season".

Great Location

Location was great Check in and check out was quick. Custmer service reps in the ofiice were very friendly. Had to tidy up a bit when i got in the condo and had to call the office to get linen service.

Overall, we had a great stay. We always enjoy our time in NMB. The building is nice and parking is easy. The unit updates in the kitchen and bathrooms are really nice. The balcony is amazing! The beds were not comfortable. They definitely need replaced.

Fabulous Getaway Condo - fix guest shower

Xanadu II unit 403 was exactly as depicted in the listing. Balcony with oceanfront views and access from both bedrooms and the living area. Both bedrooms had king beds and the main living area and kitchen were comfortable and well-appointed. The beds were above average for a rental and the balcony was exceptional! There were candy wrappers on the floor in one of the bedrooms and the shower faucets in the guest bath did not work properly - so wondered how well the unit was cleaned by the cleaning crew. The aforementioned shower faucets turned out to be quite stressful as when we went to take a shower we could not get the water to turn back off. We were eventually able to use a penny to tighten the screw to get the water off and called the PM to have it repaired. They sent someone next day while we were out. They left a note stating there was not a problem - just turn knob a quarter turn on and quarter turn off. Tried it and had the same problem. Called PM and they sent maintenance who said that it would be up to the homeowner whether to repair the shower. We effectively lost the use of one of the showers for the duration of our stay. We really did love this condo and would stay there again. I hope for future guests the guest shower is properly repaired - not just band-aided again.
