THIS INTIMATE COMMUNITY of patio homes has a shared un-heated swimming pool, poolside sundeck, and is only a block from the surf and sand in Ocean Drive. It was ok

Furniture was broken and sparse. Not enough seating for a family of 4. When it stormed we had to buy batteries for remotes to watch tv. For the price paid I shouldn’t have to worry about stripping beds etc. It was close to the beach and the shared pool. The house was ok, the location was better. Could use some cleaning ( the walls, vents, and fan blades) and updating so I would for sure remove the word modern from the description.
