Here, you’ll take a step back in time while staying at a unique holiday destination: a 200-year-old hamlet nestled in an exceptional setting next to the ruins of a medieval castle. With a 2-hectare private park and a beautiful pool, Pervinquières offers a haven of peace, sheltered from the worries of the modern world. <br><br>Whether you want to relax in the shade, stroll through the countryside, or take a dip in the pool, you’ll have a wonderful time in this unspoiled corner of Occitanie. If you feel like getting out and about, there’s no shortage of things to do in the surrounding area. <br><br>As you set out to explore the region, you can visit the three departments of Aveyron, Tarn-et-Garonne, and Tarn, whose borders meet in the village of Laguépie, about twenty kilometres away. The village of Najac is about ten kilometres away, perched on a rocky ridge overlooking the Aveyron River, with its imposing fortified castle at the very end. Further on, you’ll discover the bastides of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and Cordes-sur-Ciel, known for their exceptional architecture and markets featuring regional products. <br><br>Pervinquières is a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport. The Toulouse–Brive rail line is about fifteen kilometres away, with the stations at Lexos, Laguépie, and Najac at your disposal.<br><br>We offer two detached houses located across from each other, separated by a courtyard outside the walls of a medieval castle. The houses can accommodate up to 12 people:<br><br>THE LARGE HOUSE<br><br><br>Accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. It features the following:<br><br>• Fully equipped kitchen with a bar<br>• Dining room <br>• Living room with a view of the castle<br>• Mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed above the living room<br>• Bedroom with a queen-size bed<br>• 2 attic bedrooms—one with a private bathroom<br>• Shower room, bathroom, and separate toilet <br>• Covered veranda <br>• Courtyard with a barbecue and patio furniture<br>• Wi-Fi and satellite TV <br>• Large 16 x 8 m swimming pool<br>• Parking<br><br>The main house offers 150 m² of living space spread over two floors. <br><br>This is a house with plenty of character, featuring lintels from the castle’s former living quarters, old exposed beams, handcrafted wrought iron, and traditional tile flooring produced at a local factory that has specialised in terracotta manufacturing since the 18th century. A beautiful stone staircase leads you to the porch with its pillars—a shaded spot where you can sit and admire the castle. From the porch, two entry doors provide access to the kitchen and the living room. <br><br>The kitchen (36 m²) features a beautiful hewn-stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove, terracotta tile flooring, exposed beams, and a built-in kitchen with a granite bar and four stools. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with a gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. We also provide kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware so you can cook just like at home!<br><br>The living room (36 m²) is very bright, with a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the castle courtyard. The room is furnished with two large sofas, a coffee table, a bookcase with a display cabinet, and a TV with satellite and digital terrestrial television (TNT). <br><br>A door leads directly to the veranda, and a staircase leads up to a mezzanine converted into a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 190) and a breathtaking view of the castle ruins.<br><br>The dining room (18 m²) is adjacent to the kitchen and furnished with an extendable table and 12 rattan chairs, as well as a large pine china cabinet containing dishes and cutlery.<br><br>A door leads to a bedroom (10 m²) with a queen-size bed (140 x 190) and a closet.<br><br>On
