Nice and friendly neighborhood,
Off street parking in back alley. which is Convenient for guests with own cars
Close to bus stop with direct access to major oil sand industries
Close to Grocery shops and parks
Guest Access:
Guests will access every part of the basement suite except the main floor.
There is a 2 car garage parking space in the back alley road
Getting Around:
2 mins walk to Bus Stops going to CNRL, Shell, Syncrude , Suncor & Highway 63 North & South
*3 mins walk to Parks
Other Things to Note:
We respect the privacy of our guests and would be available upon request.
SMS, Phone calls, Whatsapp and Booking channel app are very reliable means of communicating with guest.
