A former potter's house in a quiet location overlooking the Aven quays and the port 50 m away. All shops nearby, museum and galleries (10 min. walk). The coast is less than 10 km away, and the walled town of Concarneau 15 km. Pont-Aven is the city of the painters of whom Gauguin was the precursor. The charm of this small Breton town is still intact, and its international renown is undeniable.
The house has just been completely restored.
240 square meters are at your disposal. It comprises a large living room with fireplace and comfortable leather seating, a dining room with a view of the port and docks, a large kitchen opening onto a sheltered terrace, 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms and WCs (bath and shower for two of them), shower for the third and fourth. 2 garden rooms on two different terraces. Relaxation room.
