Très bel appartement au calme et fonctionnel , propre et très facile d'accès , en début de ruelle dans le centre-ville le top, nous avons adoré la propriétaire très bon contact, je conseille vivement sans hésiter à bientôt.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. La propriétaire est très accueillante sympathique,disponible et de bons conseils. Le logement est très bien situé proche à pied, des commerces et plages, en centre ville et dans une résidence calme avec terrasse individuelle et petit jardin commun aux 3 logements.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines superbe avec ma femme et mes deux enfants dans l'appartement de Sanary sur mer. Tous les critères était au rendez-vous...! La propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Nous avons même eu le droit à une petite surprise de bienvenue. Nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine les yeux fermés...!

un petit coin de paradis pour des retraités

c'est avec un grand plaisir que nous revenons depuis plusieurs années dans l'un des appartements de Mme Yvinnec. Nous y sommes "chouchoutés" par la propriétaire qui ne sait pas quoi faire pour faire plaisir à ses hôtes. Les appartements sont conformes aux photos, et meublés avec goût. Il ne manque rien. Très propre. Tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour. Location au cœur de Sanary en haut des rues piétonnes localisation qui permet de ne pas prendre sa voiture (garage) si on va au marché ou au port ou à la plage. Cette location convient très bien aux retraités que nous sommes. Nous espérons bien pouvoir revenir cette année.

Une des meilleures locations de Sanary

Location très agrèable, calme, moderne, propre et confortable, jolie terrasse, en plus bien située, prés des rues piétonnes, du port et la plage. La propriètaire, formidable, aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous revenons pour la 4ème fois tout le mois de juin. Nous nous sentons bien comme chez nous avec un beau dépaysement. Des Suisses.

Madame Ivinec se dévoue pour ses locataires. Appartement très fonctionnel, propre, bien agencé et bien tenu, vaisselle en suffisance. L'endroit est stratégique tout près des ruelles du centre ville. L'espace terrasse est très agréable.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire des lieux. Celle-ci nous a fait visiter les trois appartements décorés avec beaucoup de goût et beaucoup de soin. Nous avons finalement séjourné dans le Lou Bambou et avons apprécié la terrasse, le calme, la décoration, la propreté, la cuisine fonctionnelle, les services (taxi, visites des environs), la situation proche du port... Prestation recommandée.

appartement conforme à la description de l'annonce. Très bien situé, central par rapport aux rues piétonnes et au port. Appartement très bien entretenu, possédant tout le confort souhaité. La propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, ne sachant que faire pour les contenter (nous la remercions d'ailleurs ) et nous n'avons qu'une envie c'est de pouvoir relouer l'an prochain. Appartement qui convient pour une petite famille ou couple de retraités qui désirent le calme et la situation centrale par rapport aux commerces. Tout est à proximité. Il est bien évident que nous recommandons cette location à nos amis, et famille.

Très belles vacances dans un cadre super agréable

Accueil sympathique et chaleureux de la propriétaire avenante et toujours joignable. Situation au calme et pourtant à deux pas de la zone piétonne, du port et des commerces. Appartement spacieux, agréablement décoré, jouissant d'un cadre de verdure en terrasse et d'un parking très apprécié en sous-sol. Equipement tout à fait conforme à la description. Les conseils, les bonnes adresses et l'accompagnement professionnel de la propriétaire nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de Sanary et ses alentours. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location et remercions chaleureusement sa propriétaire. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Bei der Planung unseres diesjährigen Urlaubs dachten wir an die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in Sanary-sur-mer im September 2014 verbracht haben. Leider hörten wir bei unserer tel. Anfrage von der Vermieterin, dass beide Appartements im Sommer 2016 weitgehend belegt sind. 2014 waren wir mit bei den ersten Mietern und hatten die freie Wahl, nun zeigt sich, dass nicht nur wir von den Annehmlichkeiten des Aufenthaltes in der neuen Residenz am Rande der Altstadt von Sanary begeistert sind. Wir erinnern uns an - den herzlichen Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin - die ruhige und sichere Residenz - den reservierten Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Aufzug zu erreichen - den barrierefreien Zugang zu dem komfortablen und sehr schön dekorierten Appartement - den großen schön angelegten Garten mit Bouleplatz - eine sehr große Terrasse mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten - den direkten Zugang zu der pittoresken Altstadt von Sanary - die kurzen Wege zu den Geschäften, dem täglichen Markt, dem Hafen und Strand (das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage bleiben) Mit Dankbarkeit denken an die Hilfe der Vermieterin bei der Vereinbarung eines Arzttermins und der Anmietung eines elektrischen Rollstuhls. Wir werden Ihren Rat bedenken im Oktober an die Côte d‘ Azur zu reisen. Ein Wiedersehen mit der liebenswürdigen Martine wäre eine große Freude.

Très bel appartement , à 5mn du port

Très bel appartement en rez de chaussée avec jardin à 5mn du port et de toutes les commodités (marché ,boulangerie, café, restaurants ,plage, etc.....) La propriétaire est très sociable ,avenante , et nous a bien conseillés pour les sorties , les sites ,expositions à visiter...Nous avons étés très touchés par sa grande gentillesse. belle et confortable location facile à vivre

Cette location confortable (bonne literie), moderne et joliment décorée est très facile à vivre de part son emplacement en limite de la zone piétonne permettant de profiter du centre de Sanary très vivant à pied et de rejoindre la plage en quelques minutes à pied aussi (il faut marcher un peu plus pour la plage de Portissol). Le jardin est très apprécié des enfants. La terrasse est idéale pour les petits déjeuners. Plein sud, il y fait un peu chaud en été pour déjeuner mais elle est très agréable pour les repas du soir (à condition d'avoir un excellent anti-moustique !). Quand à la propriétaire elle est charmante, TRES arrangeante, prévenante tout en restant discrète pendant le séjour. Je recommande très vivement cette location à l'excellent rapport qualité / prix, notamment aux familles avec jeunes enfants.
