About this property

Large chalet in the heart of Bourg-Saint-Maurice

! New this year! We can now accommodate 10 guests in our chalet :)

Located at the foot of the Tarentaise Valley’s largest ski resorts (Les Arcs, La Plagne, Tignes, Val d’Isère, etc.). Right in the heart of Bourg-St-Maurice, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station, the SNCF train station, and the funicular connecting Bourg-St-Maurice to Les Arcs. Just a short walk from city centre. A spacious chalet surrounded by a 1,500 m² garden, a terrace that’s sunny all day long, and a heated pool (summer only).

Welcome home!

We’re happy to share our lovely chalet with you: it features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (with a Smeg kettle and toaster)
The large garden is fenced, and there are 2 private parking spaces.

In the summer, you’ll have access to lounge chairs, patio furniture, a ping-pong table, and our large “La Vraie Plancha” griddle.

In winter, after a great day of skiing, you’ll enjoy the TV area, equipped with a Bose home theatre system, Canalsat, Canal+, Bein, and RMC Sport!

We hope you’ll enjoy this warm and cosy space, decorated with care, and that you’ll make the most of your stay.

Our chalet is rated 4 Paradiski crystals by “Référence Les Arcs,” with 4 crystals representing the highest level of comfort in this rating system.

Very charming and relaxing chalet !

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely chalet in Bourg st Maurice. A very well decorated and spacious house, especially a well equipped kitchen. The garden was ideal for relaxing, completely private with full view on the mountains. The pool was very clean and well functioning. Although the house is situated in a residential area, near the centre of the city, it doesn't feel as if it is. Comfortable beds and three luxurious feeling bathrooms. Hostile owners who were easily reachable. When we arrived we felt immeadiately at home !

Nous avons passé un très beau sejour dans cette magnifique maison. Cathy et David ont été present pour repondre a toutes nos questions durant la semaine. Mention speciale au cuisinier et sa cuisine très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons acec beaucoup de bohneur. Merci encore pour tout.
