Stunning White Spruce Lodge - Walk to Main Street!
Located in the heart of Canmore in luxurious White Spruce Lodge, our cozy 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 and is a pleasant 10 minute stroll to downtown, groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs. Bridgette Bar and the new Spring Creek Market by Rusticana are open and located in Spring Creek.
Inside the suite you will find a king bed & an extra large queen sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for a couple/small family. Enjoy heated parking, a quiet balcony & all the comforts of home in our well appointed kitchen. Relax after a day on the slopes in the amazing outdoor infinity hot tub with breathtaking mountain views! This is the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure!
This condominium building offers a private courtyard with an outdoor hot pool and beautiful alpine landscaping. Exercise room for cardio and strength training. Elevator access to all floors including the heated underground parkade. One assigned parking stall is included in the heated, underground parkade. A private cage to safely lock up your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available for your use.
The hot tub and gym are common to the building and available for your use during your stay. The hot tub has a reservation system where you book one - 30 minute appointment per day for your private use. This is to avoid partying groups from hijacking the hot tub for hours and other guests not getting to use it. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.
The building has a "quiet time" period between 10pm and 8am where guests must keep noise, music, loud talking, etc to a minimum so other guests are not disturbed. This includes doing laundry after 10pm as the vibrations of the machines disturb adjoining suites.
**PLEASE NOTE: SAME DAY BOOKING WILL HAVE A 6:00 PM CHECK IN. THIS IS DUE TO LAST MINUTE CLEANING SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS.
PROPERTY PET RULES: By proceeding to book this property, you agree to all the pet policies listed below if you are bringing a "well behaved" dog:
1) One well behaved, trained dog up to 50 pounds is welcome to stay in the suite. NO dog under 1 year old is permitted. 2) The pet fee is $150 plus taxes and does NOT cover additional damage that the dog causes in the suite. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. 3) Dog must stay in a crate when owners leave it in the suite alone. 4) The dog must not leave excessive hair on the furniture, and you should bring dog blankets should the dog want to sleep on the bed or go on the sofa. Any damage to the white linens in the suite from the dog will be charged back to you (muddy feet, torn linens, unremovable stains, etc). We leave beige dog towels that you must use to clean the dog prior to entering the suite. 5) The dog CANNOT be left alone in the suite unless it is crated, and it CANNOT bark or howl disturbing other guests. A security company may be called should your dog be making excessive noise and the callout fee of $200/callout will be charged back to you. 6) Dogs are absolutely not allowed to use the balcony or patio as a bathroom. Additional charges will be applied, and you will be unable to stay with us in the future. 7) We’re sorry but NO cats are allowed in our suites due to allergies. 8) Any exceptions to the above-mentioned pet policies must be approved in writing (email) in advance of your stay

Wonderful getaway to Canmore with my husband. Condo was well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We loved walking to Bridgette’s for dinner and drinks. Properly was secure with access only for guest or residents. Check in was easy with great communication. Absolutely loved the area and will be back.
Clean and comfortable home close to the downtown area of Canmore. We enjoyed Canmore as our base for visiting the Banff area. It had everything we needed and not as busy as Banff. Would definitely stay here again!
I can't think of any other rental I've stayed at that genuinely wanted to provide a vacation and relaxing experience like the White Spruce Lodge. The kitchen was incredibly stocked making it easy to cook. The bathrooms and laundry were also set up and ready for ease of use. And all instructions were very easy to find/follow allowing for a stress free stay. It is a beautiful condo and complex located very close to town. The owners also provided a large binder with ideas on activities to do, places to eat, and things to see which were all helpful and great. I would definitely stay here again and hope to one day.
Located in the Spring Creek complex, this condo is away from hubbub, but still within an easy walk to activities and dining. The room was clean, well organized, and well appointed. It was a nice six night home.

We pride ourselves on fully stocking our suites with all amenities our guests require for a great stay: hotel linens (sheets) and towels; all bathroom necessities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue, make up wipes); fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, dinnerware, glass ware, baggies, alcan, saran wrap, salt, pepper, spice rack, sugar, coffee filters and more! You just need to bring food and beverages, and enjoy your holiday! Ask if there's something specific you need and we'll try to provide it! Baby accessories available upon request.
