Welcome to the market house! This large house of 120 M² has all the amenities that allow you to spend the best stay with your family. Situated in the centre of Dinard in the middle of the market place, this house has been completely redone in order to bring you an excellent comfort. Linen is provided and the beds are made, all you have to do is leave your suitcases.

On the ground floor: The space has been skillfully arranged to allow you to create unforgettable moments of conviviality with your family or friends. First of all, you will find a spacious and bright dining room, tastefully decorated with a massive table with 8 chairs in front. This room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc. ).
You have access to a lounge area / TV set in a magnificent glass roof overlooking the garden.
On the same level there is a bedroom (garden view) with shower and separate toilet.

The first floor: is composed of 4 bedrooms, a first bedroom has two bunk beds and can be used as a children's room. The two other rooms are slightly attic and equipped with a double bed and a trundle bed. The last (parental) and most spacious room has a double bed ( 140 cm), a wardrobe.

In addition to the shower room and WC on the ground floor, and for more independence, another shower with a separate WC have been installed on the first floor.
A baby bed ( 18 months ) is at your disposal.

Location: Ideally located in the centre of town. Shops and restaurants are nearby. 13 minutes walk from the beach of l'Écluse. In the immediate vicinity: children's beach club, sailing school, tennis, horse riding, Dinard golf course, thalasso. . .

For your comfort we have provided a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, and linen is provided!
