Studio style house/apartment. Includes 2 beds, 1 full bathroom, large leather couch, TV with Youtube TV, WiFi, full refrigerator, microwave and dinner table. Downtown is within walking distance and the property is near several restaurants, taverns and attractions.

The space
The living room is very spacious, great for socializing with friends and family. We have basic television, microwave and a full size refrigerator. Towels and basic amenities are included with your stay. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a laundry mat within 3 miles.

Guest access
The property is conveniently located on main street. There are two parking spots right in front of the building. You can access the building through the front door and there is a backdoor for an additional exit if needed. There is a lock box with keys to the building on the front door. I can conveniently text you the passcode for easy and quick assess.

Other things to note
Trash can be laid out front under the awning on the side. Contact me to pick it up when full.

A great place

We have stayed here several times. It is a great place to stay. It is very, very clean, easy to get too and has the amenities you need for a nice stay. The kitchen area has a microwave and toaster oven so it is easy to get take out and heat up a quick meal. There is a good restaurant with in walking distance. We stay there when we visit family and the sitting area has plenty of room for family to visit. Minster and New Bremen are small, quiet and very well maintained towns and the area is a safe place to stay. High recommend.

Son’s Wedding

My husband and I stayed here while in town for our son’s wedding. Clean, exactly as advertised, comfortable beds and convenient to both the church and the reception. Thank you for making us welcome and allowing us to share your home.

Very Convenient

I stayed here the night before my wedding, and then my husband joined me the night of our wedding. It is a cute little open concept, that was just a short walk down from the reception hall. The easy check in & out, was very nice. Overall, we were very content with this vcbo stay!

Perfect Location

We visited Minster for a wedding and both the church and reception were within walking distance. We enjoyed the ample space in the room and the amenities provided. Nearby shopping and restaurants are a plus. Will definitely stay here during our next visit.
