Bonjour, Dans la mesure on nous n'avons pas pu partir car notre petite chienne a eu rupture des ligaments et que vous n'avez rien voulu savoir car je n'ai pas pris d'assurance annulation et que vous n'avez pas eu un geste commercial. Et même si j'avais eu une assurance vous l'auriez quand même refusé car cela concerner notre petite chienne. L'honnêteté ne paie pas!!!! Vous avez encaissé mon argent 823€ en toute impunité ! Votre plate-forme Abritel c'est terminé pour nous.
