About this property

Promotion: House 6 pers, enclosed land 600m2, 400m beach, sea and shops

Rent house of 85 m2 (living space plus garage) in Saint Denis d'Oléron village. It is independent, on enclosed land (600m2 with gate), not overlooked. Ideally located, it is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, the marina and all shops. We leave at your disposal 2 adult bikes (including one with baby seat and helmet) and a child bike (6-9 years old). Baby equipment is also on site (high chair, cot with mattress, potty).
The house has all the comfort you want (TV, CD DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven).
It consists of:
-2 bedrooms with parquet (quality mattress) with 140 and 160 bed repainted in 2016.
-1 sleeping area (bunk beds)
-1 stay with bz (1 place) repainted in 2019.
-1 kitchen equipped with everything you need (repainted in 2017)
-1 bathroom (bathtub with shower screen) repainted in 2018.
-1 wc
-1 garage with shower area (barbecue equipment, sunbeds, parasol, hammock, garden furniture, side table ...)
With its cycle paths, its family or sports beaches, its port with various activities, its market, its many shops, its wild cliffs, its Chassiron lighthouse, Saint-Denis awaits you and we will be delighted to welcome you.
In the immediate vicinity of the house, you will find many shops open all year round (bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurant, tobacco, press, pharmacy, sailing shop ...).
The price includes all charges, including heating (the house will be heated upon your arrival in winter).
It is possible to rent for a few days or a weekend during off-peak periods only.

Comfortable house in quiet location

We had a great stay in this house, near the beach and the local village. The island was beautiful and very quiet. There wasn't quite enough hot water for the 5 of us, but otherwise the house was fine.

Ein schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Sommer-Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Das Haus und Grundstück bieten ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. In den schönen Ort sowie zu verschiedenen Stränden sind es jeweils nur kurze Strecken. Gut geeignet, um den nördlichen Teil der Insel zu erkunden.

Idéalement placé, propre, confortable ne manquant de rien. Les vélos sont un réel plus, plus besoin de la voiture si on décide de s'approvisionner au marché et aux commerces locaux. A refaire.

Toller Urlaub in Saint-Denis d'Oleron

Unseren 29. Urlaub auf der Ile d'Oleron haben wir in diesem Jahr zum ersten Mal an der Nordspitze der Insel verbracht. Das Ferienhaus von Muriel und Nicolas hat uns und unseren beiden Hunden sehr gut gefallen. Sehr praktisch war auch die hohe, gepflegte Hecke um das gesamte Grundstück. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zu einem schönen und entspannten Urlaub in Frankreich benötigt. Die zentrale Lage des Hauses in der Nähe des Jachthafens, des Strandes, und der Stadtmitte war nahezu perfekt. Und auch das tolle Wetter sowie die angenehmen Wassertemperaturen waren für diese Jahreszeit perfekt. Also wir für unseren Teil können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Idéalement bien placée entre le port, les plages et le centre ville avec son marché le matin, cette petite villa est top ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à St Denis dans cette location qui est bien située (centre-ville, plages et port accessibles à pied). La maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui avaient pris le soin de prendre contact avec nous une semaine avant notre arrivée. Ils sont aussi restés à notre disposition pendant toute la durée du séjour en cas de besoin. En un mot: parfait !

Location parfaite

Maison très bien équipée, vraiment rien ne manque, à peine arrivés que nous avions déjà pris nos marques, il n'y a que les valises à ouvrir et profiter du moment. Très bon accueil de la personne en charge de la remise des clés et de l'état des lieu. Le jardin sans vis-à-vis est très appréciable et vraiment agréable, le terrain clos est un plus pour les propriétaires d'animaux comme nous. Propriété idéalement située entre le centre-ville et le port, tous les trajets peuvent se faire à pied ou à vélo. De belles promenades peuvent être envisagées sans avoir à prendre la voiture, le phare de Chassiron est tout proche par exemple. Les commerces et restaurants aux alentours sont agréables et les personnes en majorité très accueillants. Location parfaite pour passer un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique coin de l'île.

Parfait ! Tout à fait conforme à la description !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour hivernal dans cette sympathique maison , proche de la mer, des commerces. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Tout confort! Nombreux équipements à disposition ! Merci pour ce sympathique séjour .
