Make yourself at home. Our walk-in unit has one bedroom, one bath, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. Very modern and updated details include a full size washer and dryer. Bring your friends, the pull out sofa sleeps 2 additional people. Enjoy the back patio in the morning with a cup of coffee. After your busy day and a dip in the pool, relax on the patio before you start your next adventure. Condo is located within a few miles of Table Rock Lake and resort sits on Lake Taneycomo, providing some of the best fly-fishing in the state of Missouri. A short drive takes you to the State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake which offers jet skis, boat rental, scuba diving, guided fishing trips, and water skiing. Our guidelines include no smoking and no pets.

Great stay, quiet neighborhood

The condo was just as it was listed. It was in a quiet neighborhood, felt safe. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable. We found out a day late there were amenities we could have partaken in but that's okay. (two swimming pools/hot tub, mini golf). We discovered two cute restaurants coming into the resort area, very good, would highly recommend them both! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Bob and Brenda

Great Find

The condo worked well for our group of three. I was able to bring my Mom to Branson to celebrate her birthday. It’s close enough to town to be convenient without being right on the middle of all the traffic. Everything was well kept, nice and clean, and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the property! The only downside was the mattress was like sleeping on bricks, but we managed and enjoyed it. That is the only negative thing. Everything else was fantastic!

NYE trip

We spend NYE in Branson. It was nice to have a “no hassle” check in - just a door code. Property is nice and cozy, far enough off the strip to be quiet but close enough to get where you need to go. The structure of the building allows noise from the neighbors, but no reflection on the owners. Two tvs were nice so we could be on different schedules and not bother each other. We enjoyed our stay.

family of 4 always on the go. shower, sleep, laundry, play, repeat. All good. hideabed NOT comfortable for 6'2" 225lb male. noise from condo above very high. otherwise was superb.

The place was very nice. Enjoyed our stay. The cheek in was a little rough I did not see that I got all my information for cheek in back in April. I was on the understanding that it would come just a few days before, and when I tryed sending email I think it did not go out and his was not comeing in. But that is all do to Internet. Nothing to do with the host. We have All ready booked another stay with them. We had enough room was stocked with everything we need to cook with.every thing worked great. If you like to sleep cool I would say bring a fan for the bed room.

Nice w/ minor hiccups

Getting in was easy, place was nice and well stocked (as we HAVE to use the kitchen due to food issues) and many condos are not well stocked. Difficult to find, as the road map to the place looks like spaghetti. As others noted, the upstairs residents are a bit noisy, but not late (mostly kids footsteps, running & jumping). The TV remote batteries were dead (swapped w/ the bedroom remote, then back and forth), and the DVD did not work. Also, a common problem, the vanity lights were OLD and took forever to come to full bright. Lastly, DIRECTIONS to the amenities (pool, mini-golf, etc.) would have been nice. The pool, etc. is about 3/4 mile away, the pool next to the unit is not functional (and hasn't been for some time). But all in all, a good place to stay.
