KITCHEN: 2 electric cooking plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section, microwave. TV.
BATHROOM: Bathroom with shower and washbasin and separate WC. MEZZANINE: 1 bathroom with washbasin and WC.
Residence with swimming pool 50m from Rochelongue beach and 150m from shops.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the condominium and is normally open from mid-June to the beginning of September.

Superbe vue mais appartement ancien

L’appartement dispose d’une superbe vue sur la piscine et la mer avec un grand balcon agréable pour manger dehors. L’appartement et les meubles sont anciens... Malgré la piscine fermée, nous avons pu profiter de la plage en face de l’appartement. Le sol de l’appartement n’était pas très propre mais le reste était clean ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement agréable, avec un beau coucher de soleil le soir. La résidence est très calme, familiale et très sympathique.
