Very nice attached house on one side, in a new residence with heated outdoor pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september). Terrace opening onto the forest and bike paths not overlooked. Your accommodation includes an entrance, a living room serving as a living room and dining room with equipped kitchen area. A bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. The first floor comprises a corridor, a bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms, one with a double bed 160cm and one with two single beds 90cm and a large terrace offers you a nice view on the forest. A convertible sofa is available in the living room. You can store your bikes and surfboards in a private cellar. The parking is secured by an electric gate and each accommodation has a car park. Wi-Fi. Join the beaches, the ocean, shops less than 1 km away, the first golf course 2 km away, the lake of Lacanau 5km away
