Unexpected extra charge after checking out

Lovely property but had to rent a car to get there. Clean and has all amenities. Unfortunately we got charged an extre 80 Euro because we were 4 people rather than 2 as they had us listed for. I had communicated to the hosts before we arrived that I had requested for 2adults and 2 children but they didn’t address the situation.

Bonjour, Je ne vous reproche pas d’être venus à 4 au lieu de 2, j'ai pris en charge la taxe de séjours supplémentaires, mais j’ai dû demander 80 € pour le ménage car la maison a été laissée sans zucun ménage de fait. Concernant la voiture, cela ne me concerne pas : vous êtes arrivés à Biarritz et nous vivons à Saint-Jean-de-Luz, votre organisation ne relève pas de ma responsabilité. Cordialement, Maïté

Location conforme à la description. Très bon accueil de Maité Vous êtes comme à la maison. Au calme et tout proche des plages, mais aussi de la montagne. Y a plus qu'à profiter.

Séjour très agréable

Logement d'une extrême propreté, très bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Proche de la plage, du sentier du littoral qu'on a parcouru à pied jusqu'à St Jean de Luz et le lendemain jusqu'à Bidart , et très proche d'un centre commercial. Hôtesse très accueillante et de bons conseils, adresse qu'on recommandera.

Découverte du Pays Basque

Maîté est de très bons conseils pour découvrir le Pays Basque. On se sent comme chez nous dans le logement, très fonctionnel avec une déco super sympa. A 10 minute à pied du centre commercial et 10/15 minutes de la plage à pied. Si on ne veut pas se deplacer en voiture, le bus dessert St Jean de Luz, Hendaye, Biarritz jusqu'à Bayonne. A partir d'Hendaye on peut prendre le tram jusqu'à St Sebastien . Également une navette fluviale jusqu'à Fontarrabie.

La maison est exactement comme décrit et comme sur les photos. Il est entièrement équipé. Malgré la chaleur, la maison était toujours fraîche. Maite est un hôte formidable. Très sympathique et serviable avec de bons conseils sur ce qu'il faut faire dans la région. Nous avons vraiment passé de très bonnes vacances.
