On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a second mezzanine with a single bed. Outside, a charming 17 m² terrace is fully equipped for summer evenings!
Private parking space on site. Disposable pillowcases and undersheets. Air conditioning.

La Barque "Confort et emplacement parfaits pour une escapade !
Mon séjour de 15 jours dans ce logement Airbnb a été absolument parfait. Ce qui m’a le plus marqué, c’est l’emplacement idéal qui m’a permis de profiter pleinement de la région. La proximité des attractions locales et la facilité d’accès aux services ont rendu mon expérience très pratique et agréable.
Quant au logement lui-même, il était à la hauteur de mes attentes. Les prestations offertes étaient excellentes, avec un intérieur bien aménagé, moderne et propre. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le confort des équipements et la qualité de l’aménagement qui ont contribué à un séjour sans souci.
Je recommande vivement ce logement pour quiconque cherche à allier détente et découverte. Un grand merci pour ces moments inoubliables !"

🙂 Climatisation appréciable par ces temps caniculaire - appartement moderne
🙁 La douche défectueuse : le sol de la douche étant mal fait, l'eau s’échappe à l’extérieure de la douche ! il faut donc racler l'eau 6 à 10 fois par douche ! Très pénible !
Photos trompeuses qui font apparaitre la maison plus grande qu'elle ne l'est vraiment !

La Barque "🙂 La personne chargée de l'accueil très chaleureux, l'aménagement très complet de la location. La situation de la maison aussi proche de l'étang que de la plage, pour les balades. Le super marché à proximité pour le ravitaillement.

Das Haus liegt ca. 500 m vom Strand entfernt. MC Donald ist eine Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend sehr schön und ruhig. Im Oktober 2022 war das Wetter sogar noch richtig schön das Meer angenehm warm. Das Haus in einem guten Zustand und man hat alles was man braucht für einen schönen Aufenthalt. La Barque "Accueil au top. Le logement correspondait à nos attentes, très bien équipé et, cerise sur le gâteau, les animaux sont acceptés. (Ce qui nous a permis de partir en vacances avec nos deux boules de poils)
Emplacement lui aussi très bien, tout est accessible à pied ou à 5min de voiture.
L'étoile en moins pour la douche à l'italienne, qui a tendance à rapidement inonder la sdb, mais qui peut être limité en baissant le débit d'eau :)
Bref un excellent séjour ????"

Séjour très agréable
La maison est charmante avec tout le confort, la literie de la chambre est très bonne. Située dans une résidence calme très proche de la mer. La place de parking est vraiment un plus. La personne qui nous a accueilli est adorable et serviable. Nous n'avons pas vu les 2 semaines passée. Je recommande cette location. Même le chat ne voulait plus repartir

Vacances réussie très bon climat
La location était vraiment très bien, propre bien agencé avec de la vaisselle de très bonne qualité et jolie idem pour les ustensiles de cuisine petite maison très confortable mais je ne recommande pas un couple avec des enfants les escaliers sont très raides.
Au sujet les gens qui y habitent à l’année assez désagréable incorrect et de mauvaise foi en gros il s’occupe de tout ce qui se passe dans la résidence ont a vraiment l’impression d’être toujours surveillé rien que pour cela je ne reviendrez plus dans cette résidence et j’en suis vraiment désolé car c’était top

Merci Anne-Marie pour votre commentaire, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la maison et ses équipements. Les escaliers sont en effet assez raides et peu adaptés à de très jeunes enfants ou à des personnes à mobilité réduite.
