This is a 2,000sf villa with kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, huge balcony, large master bedroom and large second bedroom with 2 queen beds. Queen murphy bed in living room. Full main kitchen and second kitchenette in second bedroom lock off.

This oceanfront villa is a short walk to Bucerias, 20 minute taxi to Puerto Vallarta and in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta. Riviera Nayarit is the place to be in Mexico.
Walk to the wonderful town of Bucerias along the beach or the walking trail from the resort. Great dining and shopping options.
