One of Folly's Best! Palm Cove is a 2 bedroom 1 bath 3rd floor condo located in the Turn of River community. Just a walk or bike ride away from Center Street and all the action, or oceanfront with your toes in the sand. If you prefer relaxing by the pool this condo complex has a community pool for your enjoyment! Inside upgrades include all wood floors, remodeled bathroom, stainless steel appliances and modern furniture! The back porch is screened in and perfect to enjoy sunrise or sunset with family and friends. The sleeper sofa allows this condo to easily accommodate 5 with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Cozy and updated this unit is sure to have you wanting to come back time and time again! Palm Cove does not allow pets. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. Photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC002912. Great place super close!

Loved our stay here, with the unfortunate scenario of the elevator being down the only downfall. Close enough to the beach to be convenient yet still not right in folly and those prices. Super comfy place and was well equipped! Thank you!

Easy beach access

The beach and all restaurants and shops are a quick 10 minute walk over the bridge. We loved hiw easy it was to walk everywhere. Our car never left its spot

This property was neat and clean it was the perfect distance from the beach and other necessities for our trip. For it to be a 3rd floor unit it wax very quite hardly any noise from neighbors

Perfect vacation

There is not one negative thing to say. The condo was spacious and immaculate. The location is perfect…. Gorgeous view, walking distance to the beach with fun (and delicious) restaurants, and a very short drive to the beauty and history in Charleston. Extra details were above & beyond!

Perfect stay for 40th birthday celebration!

My sister and I had a perfect week long get away stay to celebrate my 40th birthday, relax, sleep, watch tv, catch the waves, soak up the sun, shop and eat lots of amazing food all while staying at this great condo! We hated leaving yesterday. Thankful we had this week together! Thank you to the hosts for opening your home and being so gracious to allow us to stay here for a week. It was so lovely😊

We enjoyed the pool and the dock. The apartment was as advertised though we were disappointed with the beds and furniture. The beds are extremely worn and very uncomfortable. The seating in the living room was difficult to find room for 5 people. The apartment could use a deep clean and some significant updates but everything was functional.

Memorial Wknd Getaway

We enjoyed our time at Palm Cove over Memorial Day. It was nice to not have to reserve a full week. Location was great for us (beach days and family on James Island). We had a brief hiccup with our door lock and it was resolved in a timely manner. View from the unit was beautiful. Living room furniture and master bed could use an update. But great space and layout. I would recommend the unit to others.

Great for a small family

We loved this condo. It was very well equipt for children. There were toys, a pack n play, two twin beds, beach toys as well as kids dishes in the kitchen. It was clean and we absolutely loved the view from the deck. We could see shore birds at low tide and lots of action on the river. Our only complaint was the elevator was not functioning for half of our stay. We were fine with stairs but I could imagine an elderly person would struggle climbing the 3 stories.

Perfect weekend get-a-way...

The proximity to Folly Beach is perfect. The property is located adjacent to the Folly River and affords fabulous views of the river with boating and kayaking activities, as well as local wildlife. Both the screened porch and the front walkway allow you to enjoy the views of the river, the warm sunshine and the gentle sea breeze that seems ever-present. The accommodations provide everything that is needed to make you feel like you are at home. You can relax, dine and sleep in complete comfort. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean and quiet, GREAT location

We loved staying here and would choose it again! The location was fantastic - easy walking distance to downtown Folly but still out of the business. The kitchen was well stocked, the laundry facilities worked great and the beds were super comfortable. There was always plenty of parking. We had a hiccup with the shower and they came out right away to fix it! If/when we come to the area again, we’ll definitely plan to stay here!

Summer weekend getaway

Family of 5 stayed for a long weekend. good location, but we decided to drive to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants in folly beach but too long of walk(15min) to the beach. Place came with games for the kids and great view to the Bay Area! Overall we had a great stay!

The Cove

Our experience was very positive. The owner has prepared a booklet on the property that was very helpful in finding good places to eat and sights to see plus other relevant hints. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Short Spring Break

We had a fantastic stay on Folly Beach! This condo was about a 10 minute walk to downtown Folly restaurants and the beach. Very clean, stocked with necessities, and perfectly sized for my husband and I. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the river with our morning coffee! Only critique is in regards to the description saying it sleeps 5. This is true but I personally think it would be tight with 5 people. I would only recommend having more than 3 people in this rental if you use the space more like a hotel room, where you spend little time in the condo. The living room is rather small for more than 3 people to hang out. For just the two of us though, it was perfect! :)

Great place to stay near Charleston

Condo was very well equipped; owners have thought of everything to make one's stay comfortable and pleasant. Great having the washer and dryer; beds were comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the river and tidal pond. Great seeing all the birds too! Condo was spotless when we arrived. We also enjoyed the restaurants and general ambience of Folly Beach, although it was difficult (even in off-season) to find parking. Access to Charleston also was very convenient. We'd stay there again if visiting Charleston. My only (small) nit is that I would have appreciated it if the management had provided the actual number of the condo unit in their message to me that provided the access code and in other messages they sent. It was sent only in the confirmation email, but that was several months before our arrival date and that made it difficult to find.
