Brand new apartment (floor 7) in a new building two blocks from the boardwalk - Garage - balcony overlooking the front and partially the sea I am the owner, I am Argentine living in Lima 3 years ago, the apartment is good for a couple or a group of friends, when I lived there I used to ride a longboard on the boardwalk every day. It is located in the most modern neighborhood of Miraflores.
The apartment is close to the waterfront (malecón) , its two blocks away and also very close to San Isidro.

Why they chose this property
I bought this property last year and lived there for a couple of months, my intention were to continue living in this flat and spent a great time in it. But due to the economic recession in Argentina my brother came living with me (I was already living with my girlfriend) so we decided to start hollyday-renting it.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is great, silent, close to the malecón (two blocks away) . You can feel the sea breeze and it has waterfront view.
Everything in the kitchen is electric, and all the guests who stayed had a great staying so far.
