BANDOL- QUARTIER OF L'ESCOURCHE - Type 3 apartment for 6 people with terrace and swimming pool in the residence.
The 49m2 apartment, in a secure residence, consists of a living/dining room with a very well equipped open kitchen all opening onto a beautiful terrace with a dining area (table for lunch as well as barbecue) but also a relaxing corner (long chairs). On the night side, you have 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed in 140 and one with 2 single beds of 90 as well as a comfortable sofa bed of 140 in the living room. Separate shower room and toilet.
The residence is secure with parking.
You are a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Bandol but also from the shops of Bandol, the Casino and the harbour. Private parking space.
Caution of 500
Application fee (48 euros) and residence tax in addition.
Rent of sheets / 2 towels (24 euros per person) and End-of-stay household in addition (70 ttc) mandatory. Household carried out according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health following the Covid-19 crisis.
