Just say "WOW!" to remarkable sunsets and long marsh views!! Relaxing has never been easier than enjoying the time spent on the screened porch of this multi-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. You will be captivated by the natural beauty of Seabrook Island as it unfolds before you! The primary bedroom is on the first level. Highlights include king bed, Smart TV, and access to a private covered deck with 2 chaise lounge chairs. The perfect place to hang out and read a book or watch for shrimp boats and kayakers. The full bath has a separate sink/vanity area and walk-in shower. There are also new full-size washer and dryer on this level for your convenience.

Six steps up take you to the guest bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV and en- suite bath. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The next level is 8 steps up and opens up to the large living room area with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and Smart TV. The living room has access to the screened porch with plenty of seating and a definite coastal flair. It is hard to describe the delight of experiencing the incomparable views that the low country is famous for. Many books have been inspired by these gorgeous surroundings. Adjacent to the screened porch is a small uncovered deck perfect for soaking up some sun. Six steps up bring you to the dining area with seating for 6 and the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances and partially open to the living room below giving it a lofty feel.

Another wonderful feature is the access to the community dock which is a peaceful place to wander and explore. There is also a neighborhood pool that is in a beautiful, private setting just down the street. This is an ideal location with easy access to the Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Lake House and bike path. Seabrook Islands 3.5 miles of beautiful beach is just a short car or bike ride away, as well as the Beach Club and Island House.

This terrific vacation property is also pet friendly for (1) dog. If you are traveling with your dog, a Pet Agreement must be signed and the additional non-refundable Pet Fee/pet as defined in the Agreement must be paid

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

This property includes access to the Club amenities - oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. These cards also allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool - no fees; indoor pool/fitness center - fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
