Great, Quiet Area

Great, quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Yet, not too far from everything still. Staying here in January, there weren’t many other people. The indoor pool and hot tub at the clubhouse were good. Las Palmas is an older property, but the condo was well kept and well stocked.

Wonderful family stay!

I came to St George with my husband and 2 kids to meet up with our college son at Utah Tech (so 3 kids total) to celebrate his birthday. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking pans & utensils. Clean towels and super cozy beds! All the little things were stocked, like shampoo/conditioner and body wash, cleaning supplies, paper towels, salt & pepper etc. It makes a difference when traveling when you have the essentials provided! The owners even provided their phone number if we needed anything during our stay!

Great place to stay

The property was clean, and the grounds were pretty. The Hot tubs were all super busy all weekend, so we were not able to use them. But the home was nice and clean, and it was a convenient location by the Dixie Center. I recently had a knee replacement, so the master bathtub was a little hard to get into; it is a large soaking tub. I would suggest putting something in the bottom so it is not so slippery when trying to get in. But overall, the home was nice, and we had everything we needed. We would stay there again, thank you.

Great place with a few acceptions

The unit was roomy, bedrooms were good the kitchen had everything we needed. But the rooms has cobwebs in the ceiling corners and the throw rugs were a tripping hazard the edges were curdled up we tripped a few times. The Table had a broken side and it had sharp edges it was difficult to seat 4 adults around it A out door grill would have been great. We have stayed in several different units in Las palms and this is the first one that did not have an out door grill. That was a disappointing. We did have a great time in St. George Thanks If the few itmes we mentioned were fixed we would rent this unit again.

Fun and relaxing getaway

This was such a fun getaway for my whole family. Best location in St. George. 10 minutes from the best bakery in town, Dutchman’s. Hiking and historical sites very close. The condo was extremely spacious and clean with plenty of rooms for my kids and even grandparents. It’s on the main level that leads out to open grass area and a playground. Sidewalks surround the whole property which was fun for my kids to ride their scooters and bikes. The outdoor pools and hot tubs are just yards away. Plenty of towels and kitchen is stalked with cookware. Smart TV with WIFI so we could Netflix Binge. I was able to do all my laundry before we left so I came home to no laundry. Heck yes! I just wanted another day to bask in the sun on the back patio. The owners were a delight to work with. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Don’t hesitate to book! We will definitely be booking again.
