No wifi; smells like cat urine
Let’s start with the good: the beds were comfortable and the bed linens and towels were nice and clean, the kitchen had plenty of plates/cups/cookware; the apartment itself was “clean” (no dust, dirt or debris), BUT the whole place just felt dingy and smelled musty, or like cat urine and the shower floors were just grungy and 3 of 4 showers drained slowly and would “flood” rest of the bathroom unless you took fast showers. As for the rest of the apartment, the furniture was cheap and flimsy and felt like it would fall apart at any moment. Chairs and tables were wobbly. One of the 3 bedrooms had no closet rod in closet and no shelves, so there was no where to unpack your suitcase and hang clothing and floor space wasn’t enough to just leave suitcase open on the floor so the 2 people in that room had to keep their clothing in other rooms. And again, NO WI-FI, and even cellular service was spotty, which made it very difficult to call Ubers, look up directions or anything else. Location was so-so. 2 of our group only stayed one night and ended up booking a hotel for the remaining 4 nights due to the smell and condition of the property. We would have been better off paying a little more for nicer apartment and better location. Overall, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
