HOLIDAY HOME FOR RENT in a quiet and peaceful setting in a nice and well-kept village on Monte Arci ideal for beautiful walks and trekking on the paths of the Obsidian (natural glass of volcanic origin used in prehistory to produce arrows and other tools for hunting). At about 40km. from Oristano (provincial capital) with its splendid beaches. Ideal for those seeking relaxation with a different holiday than usual in central Sardinia to discover local traditions and culture. Casa Michele is located on the ground floor on the main street of the town. Composed of a beautiful large courtyard with 2 covered verandas, illuminated, equipped and well closed. The house has a double bedroom, a bedroom with 1 square bed and 1/2 + double sofa bed and a bedroom with bunk beds, for a total of 7 beds + 1 cot / playpen for small children. Kitchen with fireplace. Veranda closed by glass. A bathroom with shower / box. In the house there is a washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge + freezer, TV, water reserve, water heater and barbecue. WEEK price low / medium season € 190, JULY and HOLIDAYS € 230, AUGUST € 250, week of August € 270. Final cleaning € 30. Deposit € 200. Possibility to rent linen on site. Pets are not allowed. Only short periods.

Maison de village ,jardin et pergola agréable . Côté literie matelas de la chambre à changer !

Maison au coeur du village de Pau bien située pour visiter l ouest de la Sardaigne. Une cafetière plus grande serait la bienvenue .

Nur in den Sommermonaten zu empfehlen und höchstens für 4 Personen

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und macht alles Mögliche für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist dunkel und kalt, es gibt einen Kamin in der Küche, aber es wird nur dort warm. Beim Gasherd in der Küche ist eine Kochplatte defekt, der Backofen funktioniert auch nicht. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer für 6 Personen, aber nur 1 Bad mit einer kleinen Dusche, wenn 1 Person geduscht hat, muss man erst wieder eine Zeitlang auf warmes Wasser warten. Die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen bieten nicht genug Platz für 6 Personen, es gibt einen Vorraum im Innern des Hauses mit einem größeren Tisch. Hinzu kommt, dass Pau auf 315m Höhe liegt, sso dass es dort am Abend schon kühl und schattig ist. Fazit: die Gegend ist toll, das Haus ein wenig trist, höchstens für die Sommermonate geeignet.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!! la casa è bella e spaziosa, inoltre è molto tranquilla, ideale per una vacanza di relax...anche il paese che ci ha ospitato era piccolo ma tranquillo e ben tenuto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili: ci hanno dato un sacco di informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e le attività dei dintorni...un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora che ci ha accolti, che è stata gentilissima! Consigliata!!!

Una casa muy cuidada y acogedora, para amantes de la tranquilidad. Los propietarios encantadores.

La casa es grande y està bien amueblada, todos los accesorios y electrodomesticos necesarios, wifi con muy buena cobertura. Un jardin delicioso y en la parte trasera barbacoa. El pueblo es muy tranquilo. Desde allí es fàcil acceder a excursiones de montaña por el Monte Arcis, a las playas y marismas de Oristano. Para amantes de loa pajaros uma gran variedad, muy faciles de observar porque son muy confiados, incluida una família de mochuelos en la casa vecina. Los propietarios nos han facilitado todos los tramites y por WhatsApp, mail y telefono nos han hecho un buen acompañamiento. Grazie, Michela y Germano.
