Great location

The location of the appartment ist great. Train Station for trips to Monte Carlo, Nice and Cannes Not far away. View from balcony to the sea ist beautiful. The way to the beach and harbour is a bit exhausting (150 stair steps). Unfortunately the appartment was not as clean as expected (bath and kitchen).

Fine calm days in lovely Garavan

We were blessed with mild and sunny days during our stay in Mme Surays fine appartment, so we could stay outside on the lovely terrasse from morning til night - we selvom cook during Xmas-NEw year stays in Garavan; but a full and well equipped and functioning kitchen is there, all you could possibly need - good beds, nice linen and big and plenty towels, which we Vikings appreciate. Long story short - we would recommend any day - and may ask again to rent this fine place, should our usual appartment in Garavan - like this New Year - not be available. And finally -- a very kind and forthcoming housekeeper greeted us upon arrival - and I am sure - had there been any need - Mme Suray would have replied and helped us out without delay. All the best from Maria & family - DenmarkPS: Would have rated "overall: five stars" -- Unfortunately hit stars - and could not go back and change. /-: ....

Comfortabele et calme

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.Appartement spacieux et confortable. Propre et bien équipé. Grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Situé au calme à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Pratique avec un garage.. Idéalement situé pour des vacances tranquilles et comme point de départ pour des excursions et des randonnées. Le seul inconvénient est que les habitants se l’immeuble ne sont pas du tout amicaux.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Schöne Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer zum Balkon ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und zwei Badezimmer plus eine Toilette. In wenigen Minuten ist man an einem kleinen, aber sehr schönen Strandabschnitt. Ruhige Gegend.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war wie immer fantastisch. Den Ort besuchen wir seit 13. Jahren, waren aber zum ersten Mal in der Wohnung , in welcher wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Die Schlafsituation mit zwei Teenager ist etwas problematisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und nett.

Appartement tout confort, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la vieille ville de Menton. Garage privé, proche commerces et accès aux transports. Propriétaires très accueillants et de bon conseil pour visiter cette magnifique région.

Traumhafte Lage

Ich habe selten eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung gemietet.. die Lage ist traumhaft, die Vermieterin sehr nett! Leider ein bisschen hellhörig (über uns war ab sieben Uhr morgens solch ein Lärm das an Schlaf nicht zu denken war) Aber das ist halt manchmal so.. da kann der Vermieter nix für.. die Lage ist zentral und man kann morgens zu Fuß zum Bäcker .. Supermarkt , Hafen alles Fussläufig erreichbar… Auto stand sicher in der Tiefgarage, es gibt einen Aufzug Wie gesagt… ich würde immer wieder diese Wohnung mieten

Tolle Aussicht, schöne Wohnung

Gut ausgestattete, schöne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Mit toller Aussicht. Bahnhof ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, zum Supermarkt zu Fuß ca. 15 min ( zurück etwas länger wegen des Aufstiegs).

Wohnung im schönen Garavan

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Im Wohnzimmer waren noch mehr Möbel untergebracht als auf den Bildern zu sehen, Leider etwas zu voll und in Nachbarwohnung wurde paar Tage laut gebohrt und gearbeitet. Da kann die Vermieterin jedoch nichts dafür. Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer mit toller Matratze ein Traum. Gerne wieder´´´´

Core dAzur Appartment mit schönem Meerblick

Hervorragend schönes Appartement in toller ruhiger Lage an der Cote dAzur. Wir waren sofort von dem modernen Appartment begeistert. Sehr nette Vermieterin/ Vermieter die auch deutsch sprechen. Die Lage zu Städten Monaco Nizza, Cannes und Antibes ist sehr nahe und leicht zu erreichen.

Appartement à Menton

L’appartement est conforme au descriptif avec un bémol, le garage, qui trop encombré, ne nous a pas permis d’y garer notre véhicule de type berline familiale. Nous avons été obligé de nous garer a l’extérieur une véritable galéré certains jours avec un stationnement à plus d’un kilomètre. Dommage!

Schöne große saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat einen tollen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf einen kleinen Garten und das Meer. Auch die Zimmer sind alle sehr sauber gewesen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Garage. Mit einem großen Auto ist es schwierig. Wir mussten unser Auto unten auf der Straße parken. Sonst war alles super! Die Wohnung ist optimal ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht (Küchenutensilien etc.)

Appartement agréable très bien situé

Bel appartement pour 4 personnes. Une très belle chambre donnant sur la terrasse, avec vue sur la mer . L’autre chambre mériterait d’être rafraîchie avec un éclairage plus tamisé .Le parking sous terrain est très appréciable.

On a passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé. Petit point négatif: le garage encombré. Aussi, on aurait pu nous informer à l'!avance de la procédure de départ (sans remise de clé oersonnelle).
