Maison conforme à l annonce. Literie confortable.Réactivité trÚs appréciée et amabilité sans faille du voisin en charge de l accueil et de l aide. On aurait aimé avoir une petite réserve de papier toilettes, de filtre a café et de pastilles pour le lave vaisselle, et le minimum pour la cuisine, sel et poivre (et une rùpe à fromage :))

Sauberes Haus mit einigen SchwÀchen

Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig. Es hat 4 Schlafzimmer auf der oberen Etage, wobei sich nur in einem ein richtiger Kleiderschrank befindet. Die Betten sind leider alle nur 140cm breit, fĂŒr uns leider zu schmal. Eine kleine Toilette ist oben unter der SchrĂ€ge. Ansonsten muß man morgens quer durchs Haus nach unten hinter die KĂŒche ins Badezimmer gehen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist leider nur sehr schmal gefliest. Ansonsten ist der rĂŒckwĂ€rtige Bereich recht groß und FahrrĂ€der kann man unter den Schuppen stellen.Die Terrasse zur Straße ist zu klein und hat keinen direkten Zugang vom Haus aus. Die KĂŒchengerĂ€te sind alle ok mit einem großen KĂŒhlschrank. Nur das Kochgeschirr ist leider teilweise unbrauchbar (dreckig oder kaputt). Das liegt leider an den FeriengĂ€sten, die sich nicht wirklich um Sauberkeit bemĂŒhen. Der Staubsaugerbeutel eines Staubsaugers war mehr als randvoll. Das mĂŒsste bei Übergabe kontrolliert werden. Ansonsten ist Dominique sehr unkompliziert bei Übergabe und sehr hilfsbereit. Das was fĂŒr uns aber gar nicht geht ist, daß das Wasser in KĂŒche und Bad mehrere Minuten laufen muß um warm zu werden und wir an 2 Tagen ĂŒberhaupt kein warmes Wasser hatten (mußten kalt duschen). Und das zu einem Preis, der fĂŒr das Haus viel zu hoch ausfĂ€llt. Da haben wir doch mehr erwartet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und abseits der Massen und relativ nah zum Lebensmittelladen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine erholsame Woche.

Urlaub wie wir ihn lieben

Sehr schönes Haus auf einem großen GrundstĂŒck. Wohnraum und KĂŒche sind hervorragend, die Schlafzimmer zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und hĂŒbsch ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ein Supermarkt ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Auch die schönen StrĂ€nde der beiden Orte sind ĂŒber gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Sollte das Wetter mal nicht fĂŒr den Strand reichen, bietet die Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten zur Erkundung (Freizeitpark, Aquarium, uvm.) Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit ansprechbar und zur Stelle, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes, großes und ruhiges Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten, sauber, genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und reagieren immer schnell auf RĂŒckfragen. Check-in und check-out waren völlig problemlos. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen (unsere Kinder waren auch begeistert)! Danke fĂŒr die schöne Woche

Maison spacieuse, moderne, bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Accueil parfait de Dominique. Environnement trĂšs calme. A moins de 10mn de Fort mahon plage, oĂč toutes les activitĂ©s sont possibles. Sans oublier la baie de Somme bien sĂ»r... Nous conseillons sans rĂ©serve cette location.

Magnifique séjour en baie de Somme

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent mais trop court sĂ©jour dans cette maison spacieuse et lumineuse situĂ©e dans un environnement calme proche de la mer et des sites remarquables de la baie de Somme. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Dominique, un proche voisin. Un seul regret, la maison ne dispose que d'une seule salle de bains et pour 8 personnes, c'est un peu compliquĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer. Cela ne nous a toutefois pas empĂȘchĂ© de partager un bon moment en famille...

Nous avons louĂ© cette maison pour la deuxiĂšme fois. Comme on dit quand on aime on y revient
 la maison est spacieuse pour notre grande famille. Les cousins adorent s’y retrouver. Pas trĂšs loin de Berck pour profiter de l’évĂ©nement Cerf-Volant, nos vacances d’avril Ă©tait au top. Merci beaucoup.

Vacances en famille au top

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances. Le bien est trÚs bien situé : proche de la piste cyclable ce qui est trÚs agréable avec les enfants. Le logement est adapté aux familles nombreuses (nous y sommes venu à 8) et avons eu tous les équipements et la place nécessaire. Nous retenons l'adresse pour de prochaine vacances. Merci.

Avis séjour Quend

Excellent accueil de Dominique, facilement joignable, qui gĂšre l'arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part des locataires. Il est disponible et discret. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette grande maison qui dispose de 4 chambres dont deux en enfilade. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il ne manque pas de vaisselle ni d'ustensile. La salle de bain est pratique, Ă©quipĂ©e d'une douche et d'une baignoire. Au rdc un WC, Ă  l'Ă©tage WC et un lavabo. La maison est propre et bien entretenu. Deux TV peuvent ĂȘtre utilisĂ©es, une nous a largement suffit. L'environnement de la maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able et calme, les abords sont entretenus, du mobilier extĂ©rieur disponible. Nous recommandant ce bien pour des vacances au calme, mais tout de mĂȘme proche de la mer (Quend-Plage et Fort Mahon Plage se trouvent Ă  3 Ă  6kms). Nous avons largement visitĂ© toute la rĂ©gion de Saint-ValĂ©ry sur Somme Ă  Boulogne sur Mer). Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine de vacances d'avril, avec en plus un soleil radieux toute la semaine !
