About this property

Enjoy your own private stay in the lower level of our home. Private outside entry into cute cabin like vacation rental. Warm, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly neighborhood, beautiful surroundings, enjoy the beauty of our valley and mountains from the backyard. 2 Bunk beds (4 twin beds) , sofa bed (queen) and private room with queen bed. Only 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon NP, an hour to Zion NP, 45 min to Brian Head.

*The entire basement with all pictured areas (bedrooms, living room, bathroom, etc.) are all yours with no shared spaces. Let us know if you have any questions about this*

Just Wow!

We were very impressed with space and the host’ kindness. She greeted us when we pulled up and offered for us to call if we needed anything. . Meticulous care was given to the property and to us. I stay at a lot of places, and there’s always things that are lacking. It was not so at this property. The hostess thought of everything. And more!!!

Great spot to watch the annular eclipse.

It was very well maintained and very well stocked with items you need. Plus there were amazing homemade suckers. Very nice and friendly hosts. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and Warm

We really enjoyed staying in this cosy place. The beddings, the towels and etc. everything was nice clean. We arrived a bit late. The kitchen really saved our day as there was a long queue waiting at the only open restaurant in the town at the time. Highly recommended!

Panguitch stay

We stayed here for a few days at the end of our trip to visit various national parks. Panguitch was ideal fir visiting Bryce. Our stay was great. Comfortable little apartment with friendly and very helpful hosts. Thank you so much for hosting us.

I Love people, Love working with the public, I was a Beautician for many years, I still work in a Drug Store as Front end Manager. I Love gardening, yard work, Love to Read a good book. I Love the outdoors, Hunting , Fishing, I shot a huge Elk a couple years ago, way fun!! Most of all I Love my Family, my Little Grandkids, they make me laugh. We Love meeting the people who come to our airbnb, where they are from, why they are here, we actually just Love them!! Just because we live upstairs, noise does not bother us, we want you to be yourselves and have lots of fun!!

Why they chose this property

I once had a Beauty Shop in the basement of our home, have retired from doing hair, and decided to turn it into a rental. We Love the association we get to have with the wonderful people who rent our place!!

What makes this property unique

Big backyard with Basketball court, swing set available for use, basketballs and other backyard games available for you to use located in storage bench in the back yard. We have a Traeger Barbecue grill you are welcome to use. There is a pickle ball court a block away from our place, with lights to play at night, we also have pickle ball equipment you are welcome to use, also a water park and playgrounds a block away! Corn Hole!!
