- Entrance with kitchen area equipped with 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator + freezer, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster.
- Renovated bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, mirror, WC.
- Living area: 140 cm sofa bed, coffee table, large storage with cupboard and wardrobe, 140 cm wall bed, TV, radio.
- Balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.
Maximum 3 people. No animals allowed.
