The perfect holiday

Gorgeous little apartment in a perfect location for the Harbour and beaches. The owner was extremely helpful, kind and friendly and we would love to return again.

Bonjour,Impossibilité de pouvoir chauffer ce logement correctement, lors de températures ext. à 10 , notre cas, subit jusqu’à -1 , et rechutés de nos gastro entérites, et obligés d’écourter nos vacances.Cuisine indépendante sans mode de chauffage, seules, la pièce de jour, et la chambre en sont munies, chauffage d’appoint dans la salle d’eau (accès des commandes très difficilement accessible 2 m de hauteur), petit lavabo aucun coin pour poser les accessoires de toilette, pas de patères pour vêtements, flexible de douche HS, avons dû le changer.Gros trou présent dans le placard à compteur et balais de la pièce de jour, ce qui génère un flux d’air froid autour de sa porte et nuit au bon fonctionnement du chauffage.Mini-Téléviseur, pas de WIFI, assise canapé inconfortable, avons utilisé les fauteuils de salon de jardin.Petit meuble colonne de four pour armoire de chambre et pas de penderie dans cette pièce, mais literie confortable.Le vent nous a contraints à dégripper un verrou du volet porte logement pour son blocage.Côté esthétique le carrelage est fortement impacté dans toutes les pièces.Conclusion logement à ne pas louer l’hiver.Montant location trop élevé pour sa surface, ses prestations, et la qualité de sa présentation.La propriétaire a consenti à nous rembourser 600 des 5 nuitées non effectuées, mais la fourniture du flexible de douche est restée à notre charge.Cordialement.

Petite maison idéalement située proche mer et port tout à pied. Le plus le parking dans l impasse. Pour nous de vraies vacances sans obligation de prendre la voiture si on ne le veut pas.

A proximité de tout, au calme.

La plage, les commerces, les restaurants, les marchés sont accessibles à pied. Maisonnette agréable, avec une très belle terrasse, 1 barbecue bien appréciable l'été, 1 literie parfaite...La propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Location à recommander sans hésiter.

Très bien. Proche de tout et en plus une place de parking super! dans ces villes de bord de mer où l'on ne trouve jamais de place. Manque la climatisation mais doit être installée d’après la nouvelle propriétaire qui en plus est très agréable. Jean Pierre et Marie Paule
