The space
This home overlooks gorgeous desert landscaping and the large glassy lake that reflects the beautiful purple Santa Rosa mountains in the evening sunset. This purposefully designed vacation home will exceed your expectation for comfort, relaxation and fun. As you enter this oasis home you will find bright high ceilings, open living area adjacent to the fully equipped game room; complete with arcade games, shuffle board, air hockey and more.
LIVING ROOM
Relax in the main living area on the comfortable sofas while sipping a drink from the wet bar and enjoying your favorites on the flat screen TV. This cozy common area expands into the dining area and kitchen which is fully stocked to meet your culinary needs. This amazing space boasts a Master bedroom, en suite, 3rd bedroom with 3 beds and an additional guest bathroom.
BACKYARD:
Outdoor seating can be found in the private backyard and can be conveniently accessed through the glass sliding doors located off the dining room. This scenic backyard offers resort style amenities such as a private heated pebble tec pool with raised spa and tranquil spill way. The captivating back yard which is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing is an outdoor paradise with built-in BBQ, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs and pool amenities. Heated pool available for an additional $125 per day if requested. Be respectful of PGA West community's quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM. All house guest must be in the home by 10PM.

-We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in the reservation. If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying.
COMMUNITY:
Explore the community and Club house in the golf cart or on bikes, both of which will be made available to you during your stay. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are 3 public courses to choose from; TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and the Jack Nicklaus tournament. To set up a tee time you can visit the PGA West web page or contact them by phone. If you wish to venture out to one of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling "Stand-By Golf" for discounted tee times.(The golf course is private property and you many not access it through the back yard.) Enjoy some of the many world-class events such as the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). For tennis enthusiast, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top rated Tennis stadium, which is held from March 4th-17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April come to the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tail gate picnic with your friends at the same time. And you can also enjoy year round fishing and hiking in the 710-acre Lake Cahuilla recreational area near by.
