Phenomenal Rental!

We loved the house and the outdoor living area! The house is well appointed, clean and private. The casita bedroom/bath is completely private from the rest of the house. The pool and spa are magnificent! The views are incredible, and we spent most of our time outdoors. There is a pool table in the living area which provided extra entertainment. We were there for the Indian Wells tournament, and this is a perfect location--about 10 minutes away. There is a fabulous grocery store (Ralph's) about 2 miles away and that was very convenient for making meals at home. The neighborhood is picturesque and perfect for long walks. And the property manager, Dwight, was very kind and responsive. We highly recommend! We would love to return every year!

Our host was great.Met us upon arrival and explained the pool computer and answered all question. The unit was clean and stocked with all needed pots/pans. Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Our stay was great! The location of the home was close to the festival we attended and the home was a great size. We had issues with the front gate and had some trouble getting in touch with the property manager but Evolve was able to contact the owner who cleared things up. Overall it was good and I’d stay again.

This property is simply the perfect fit for a guys golf weekend. Centrally located to PGA West courses. Great poolside area. The house manager Dwight is very helpful too. Again, great property!

Quiet Place @ PGA West

Great house and pool. Secure, gated community. Nice layout of the house, lots of space. Just 4 of us that stayed there. Only real complaint was the pillows were a little tired. But easy to fall asleep with the amount of pool and sun we all had!

Perfect family vacation spot

Our family has stayed in this neighborhood four times and this house is the best we've stayed in so far. The pool is ample enough in size to swim around and the heater worked well. In addition to the pool, the backyard has some grass which was fun for our kids. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, including some unexpected goodies (like birthday candles!) The property contact was extremely responsive and friendly. We are already ready to plan our next visit!

Nice but needs repairs

Property is very clean and location is awesome to play PGA golf courses. However, there are items broken that need repair. Dishwasher top rack was actually held together with rubber bands and was difficult to open and close. The outdoor fire pit was inoperable. The leather couch, though comfortable was ripped in places. The sliding glass doors and sliding screens were very difficult to slide back and forth. Even after I sprayed with WD40, they still had problems. If repairs are made we would probably stay there again.

After sharing your feedback with the owner, they’d like to share the following updates:-The dishwasher has been replaced with a new one to ensure a better experience for future guests. Unfortunately, there was a delay in delivery, and the new unit didn't arrive until December, after all of our November guests had completed their stays.-The fire pit requires a new part, which we’re actively working to source. Our Property Manager usually informs guests that the fire pit is not functional, so it is currently being used as a comfortable seating area with a table.-The couch cushion was initially scheduled for repair, but due to the recent damage, we have already ordered a new couch to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for future guests-The screen doors are currently being addressed, and we are taking the necessary steps to ensure they are fully restored for optimal performance, providing a more seamless experience for future guests.Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future!

Holiday Review

This property is clean, pretty decor, and has a nice view. It is well stocked with kitchen dining necessities and equipment. The property manager is courteous and responsive. Overall, it was a comfortable home. However, for this price, a few things were somewhat disappointing. For example, the firepit was broken. The Jacuzzi did not heat up. An outdoor chair was ripped. The televisions were outdated and did not allow streaming. HVAC was broken when we arrived. There were no instructions for operating the Jacuzzi or the TVs. Furthermore, we had to buy toilet tissue, kleenex tissue, napkins, paper plates, and trash bags during our short stay. We are not accustomed to writing this type of review, but we strongly believe these things can be resolved fairly easily by the owner.

Issues with my stay

Place was overrpriced for my experience. When we arrived the pool was filthy and had not been cleaned; I spent my first hour cleaning the pool. Pool guy showed up to clean the pool on our third day. Had issues with pool. Went to use the spa on the second day and was half empty. Property manager, was great had the pool guy out in an hour to address the issue. Was told it needed a new valve and would check with the owner regarding installing a new one. Never heard another word. Over the next couple of days spa went off after being on for10 minutes. Garage door only worked on occasion. Hassle getting in and out on occasion. Had to climb on the roof of my car to reach the emergency pull cord to override and manually get out. Wife almost got hit with the released garage door while holding it open. Casita didn't cool down so I called management and was told that room didn't cool down too much. People slept in there first night and then we didn't use it due to the heat. Couple had to sleep on twin beds in the house. Wife and daughter were freaking out and wouldn't go out by the pool at night due to crickets and roaches. Pinched bugs and crickets in bathroom. Also had to go to the store to replenish some standard supplies that were not available. All in all a lot of money spent for a lot of headaches. That being said I liked the property manager. I don't feel the issues I had were in his control.

Hi Rick, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We're sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations. - Pool maintenance comes twice per week to keep it clean. - We have pest control come out every month to manage the critters. It's normal to find them outside. - The A/C is fully functioning and there is a control in the main bedroom. - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies. - We want all our guests to have excellent stays and encourage renters to reach out while in residence.
