The home consists of two houses, the main house, and a back house. This listing will offer both the main and back house with a courtyard between. The main house has 5 bedrooms and the back house has 2 bedrooms including a kitchen in each house. There are 7 total rooms available for guests.

The property comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom will have its own personal key padlock to ensure extra privacy.

Great place to hang out with your best buddies

A group of us stayed here for our yearly get together. The place was perfect to fit our group because it had a good number of bathrooms and beds. We hung out between the two buildings, had breakfast and lunch, and ate out for dinner. It was a quick ride everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, it was a great selection for us.

Amazing property!

This property is so much better in person! I can’t explain how much different serving it was in person verses the website photos. It’s very close to downtown and if you want to go the other way it’s close to those things as well! The owner was really helpful with all things involved with our stay! Would 100% stay here again when I come to Austin!

More than enough rooms

House had more than enough rooms and bathrooms for my party size. Just an uber ride away from downtown. Even a nice little coffee shop across the street.

Even Better Than Expected

Great for a bachelor party of 11 guys. The property is even better than the photos show. Hosts were very responsive with texts/messages. We had an issue with the living room lights and they were fixed the next day. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t have been better!

We were a large group of friends, in town to enjoy the Memorial Day weekend and this place was perfect! Plenty of space for all of us, everyone had their own bed as well as their own bathroom. The little yard in the back, between the main house and the back house, was great for hanging out and playing some lawn games (lawn games not included though, we brought our own). The location was walking distance to a coffee shop as well as some food truck parks. Or, it was a cheap and easy Uber to anywhere you’d want to go in more downtown or west Austin. We would definitely stay here again!
