Ultimate home for Bachelor Bachelorette. That includes a full size PickleBall Court, a 2,000 sqft country club putting green with pitching pads and sand trap, poker room option, hot tub and lighted patio. Tesla available at home via Turo. (Dont rent a car- Uber from airport)
Every guest will have their own bed, zinus & temperpedic beds (no air mattresses)
This home is 5 min, $8 uber to downtown, even closer to ACL, Zilker park, Barton Springs. Near famous Austin restaurants (Fonda San Miguel, Carve, Chez Zee, Pinthouse Pizza, Hopdoddy, Maru Sushi & more)

* Spacious master bath with 3 mirrors, clawfoot soaking tub. The shower has 16 body sprays
* Ample parking -4-6 vehicles ( NO STREEET PARKING ALLOWED)
* Gourmet kitchen is STACKED, 2 ovens & 6 burner gas stove, kitchen aid mixer, crock pot, food processor, baking sheets, extra fridge/freezer for drinks, Ice Maker, wine fridge, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, etc..
* I've had a few concerns from guests about toilet speed. Meaning the toilets fill up slowly and requires you to wait a minute between flushing. Trying to disclose this so it's not an issue.
* 2 separate living areas. One is focused around a TV and the 2nd is in a much larger room surrounded by 5 bay windows
* Security Camera's are outside the home so people inside the house can see people at the front door, as well as the front or back yards approaching the house
