Legvold`s Lookout - H6

Legvold`s Lookout, (H-6 condo at Lookout Estates), is a great condo that sleeps twelve with 2 king beds, 4 queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove top range, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.

The wood burning fireplace in the living room adds to the Ruidoso experience as well as the deck with grill and outdoor seating for those cool evenings to relax and enjoy cooking, taking in the night sky, or to enjoy your morning coffee and the amazing view of the mountains.  The game room is equipped with a pool table, a wet bar, a great TV to watch a movie or the big game on, and a wood burning fireplace.  

Legvold Lookout is conveniently located near mid-town Ruidoso shopping, 10 minutes from the casino, and 10 minutes from the Ski Apache/Winter Park turn off. Several golf courses are in the area that are open to the public, and we are minutes from family fun activities, such as, Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, horseback riding, hiking and biking trails, go karts and putt putt golf.

Office hours: M-F 8am-5pm. After hours on call.

Check in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m.
Reservations will be confirmed with a signed Rental Agreement and balance paid in full.

Great house for a large group!
We lived our visit to Ruidoso! It is beautiful and lots of deer and elk to see! The location is great and the pool is fabulous. House needs some updates. The door in the bottom floor needs fixed, ants in the halls, the halls smelled like weed. Other than that we had a great time!!

Girls trip
Great size for the group that went for our girls trip, but would have preferred knowing it was a multi level. The pictures only show one stair case, but it was 4 levels. Other than that, the property was clean and all questions were answered in a timely manner! Had extra blankets and towels, and kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend!
