Welcome to 3 Twin Pines Court! This fun and beautiful five bedroom, five bathroom home can sleep a group of up to 16 guests. There are also two half baths - one inside the home and one outside by the pool. 3 Twin Pines Court sits on the 11th hole of the Heron Point golf course in Sea Pines.

*Additional Information*

• Distance to Beach: This home is 1.6 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. If you bike to the Beach Club - there are bike racks available or you can take the seasonally complimentary trolley from the Harbourtown area. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying mid-September through early March.

• Private Covered Pool: The private pool is approximately 20 feet by 35 feet and ranges from 3.5 to 8 feet deep. The pool is able to be heated for select dates & for an additional fee. It can be heated for stays in April, May, September and October. It is only able to be heated during these four months & will work as long as the outdoor temperature doesn’t fall below 55 degrees. The pool heat is an additional cost and requires at least seven days of heat. To add pool heat to your stay, please contact us at least two weeks prior to your arrival date to schedule pool heat & pay the additional pool heat fee.

Apologies again for the issue with the pool heater. It unexpectedly went down and we brought in multiple pool vendors to try to get it repaired as quickly as possible. Since your departure, the heater has been completely replaced and is now fully functional. A full refund for the pool heat cost was also issued for your stay. Our group of six stayed here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. There were multiple living spaces and bedrooms, so we never felt crowded, and several rooms we didn’t even get the chance to use.The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet only about 15 minutes from most of the restaurants, shops, and beaches on Hilton Head. It was also an easy 45-minute drive to Savannah, which made for a fun day trip.The property was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Hilton Head and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Nice, big house in a great location. Easy biking to a lot of areas. Kitchen has a separate ice making machine which was one of the best ideas for a beach house. Great pool and outdoor area. Loved the pool table and chess table. We used those daily

Great Home for Large Family or Friends!

Overall, the home was great, beautifully renovated with spaces for everyone. Kitchen was huge with all the amenities and could handle more than one cook. Best pool we have had in Hilton. Location was perfect! Loved the game room and roomy bedrooms, each with bath! Would highly recommend. Only drawback was grill, which needs replacing.

July is typically one of the hottest times of the year, and we’ve not received similar feedback regarding the water temperature during July. Reviewer Comments: House was great just a couple of items, the kitchen faucet by the window is falling apart, there was clumps of black hair around the pool. The big master shower was not draining, and my husband cleaned it, it was disgusting what came out of there. House was beautiful it just needs a little TLC on a couple of items.Also please note there is piece of flashing above the front door that looks like is coming off the house we notice after the storm on Wednesday night.The back legs of the BBQ look like they are breaking we used it but were scare it would fall back.

The pool is amazing and the kids had such fun playing and practicing their diving skills. It's rare to find a pool that is deep enough for that. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the beds were made up and ready upon arrival - that was a real treat! The kitchen is very large and well equipped. We had some food allergies in the family so it is easiest for us to cook most of our meals at home. The family also had a great time playing pool. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together or apart. The only negative would be for someone with very young children - the bunkroom is separated from the rest of the bedrooms. It was not a problem for us and our youngest was 7.

The space allows for group gatherings as well as quiet places indoors and out to read (or work). The dining room table was a popular spot for jigsaw puzzles and the game room was perfect for watching sporting events and playing pool. This home is within walking distance to Harbour Town and the beach shuttle is just a short drive away. We received our check in instructions including Sea Pines passes in the mail two weeks prior to our trip. The management company is easy to contact via email and are quick to respond.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great for three families to sprawl out! Awesome location in Sea Pines for bike riding all over. Kids had a wonderful time and we would definitely go back to Hilton Head Island. Unfortunately, the pool could not be heated in March and we took a chance with that going in but would not recommend going without a heated pool in March. This would be the only drawback to not staying at this house during spring break season.
